Holy crap this place was beyond amazing. Decently priced and the taste is phenomenal… especially if you like garlic. I highly recommend the Salmon Burger with the garlic aoli. The hummus was to-die-for.

I love Grilla Bites. Great food and the people who work there are always cool even when it’s the lunch rush. If I lived closer, I would eat there every day.

This place is pretty awesome. It is vegetarian and vegan friendly but has meat for carnivores. I had basil pesto spinish egg sandwich with potatoes with fresh raw juice called zinger ginger. It was amazing delicious. My fiancée had smoothie made with rice milk which you can’t tell the difference. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming here for years, because I love the food choices, and I brought a friend and her daughters to try it out with my daughter and i after my midwife appointment. Well this comment isn’t about the food, food was good. But I’m very upset by a lady who works there, my friends daughter, grabbed a few business cards after her mom ordered, they were actually for her grandmother’s and aunt, who have the girls often for their swim lessons in Snohomish, but none of them have ever eaten at Grilla Bites, so a business card is handy. The lady decided to come over to our table, in middle of our conversation and as she snatched the business cards off the table, asked are you going to use those, because we do… well why even explain what they were for when you already snatched them!!! Yes, a little girl grabbed a few business cards(that are not that expensive) and we spent $ 45 on lunch, and we’re trying to promote the business, but that opportunity left with her actions of being annoyed that a little girl grabbed more than one business card. Also, I had a full sandwich left(half from my lunch and half from my daughter’s lunch, plus our hummus and veggies) and I wanted a box for mine(the boxes are biodegradable and if I want a box after paying over 20 dollars for my lunch, my friend as well, we should be allowed to have that box). Well I grabbed 2 from the salad bar. I never have a problem getting a box for my left overs with ANY trip I’ve ever had, I always get a box because I always have leftovers, I do that on purpose for an easy go to food when we get home from our busy day, it’s a once a month treat. Anyway, my friend had almost as much left overs as me, so I asked her if she wanted a box too… as I was putting my food in box, the same lady goes oh do you need those boxes, can to give you a paper sack, it’s better for the environment. She looks at me, as I’m sitting my food in box, and says well you can keep your since you’ve contaminated yours(and looks at me) you can keep it, but will you put your(talking to my friend, who has never been here, and is very shocked and hurt by this employees actions) food in a bag instead? And comes and grabs the box I got for her. She had eaten her hummus, but decided to leave rest of veggies bc who wants to put them in a little bag with their sandwich?? I sure dont. With the price of the food there, a few business cards(that were going to promote the business) and 2 to-go boxes for our food, should not be a big deal. It is a more expensive restaurant, but I wanted my friend to try it out, and after this ordeal today… I do not see myself, and I know my friend will not go back. It was a very rude way for the employee to act and as I’ve said before, I’ve never had a problem with taking a box for my leftovers. A bag would crush and smash any sandwich from there. A little bag is for a cookie or pastry. not a sandwich. My experience today, left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I know it did my friends. Yeah the food is pretty good, but after being treated like horrible parents and customer’s, I’ll take my business elsewhere. You should do the same too.

We’ve passed by this little restaurant many times during our antiquing visits to downtown Snohomish, but today we decided to stop in for a quick bite. Upon entry, we asked about seating and were given the straight skinny… grab a table to hold first, or go to the counter and order, then grab your own table. We only saw one available table but there were 3 people ahead of us in line and didn’t feel it would be right to take a table ahead of someone who had been waiting longer, so we decided that if, when we ordered, there were no tables, we would get our meals to go. So be aware of the ordering structure and fact that the accommodations are tight and this place always seems to be busy. Despite the busy scene, when it was our turn, we were greeted with a friendly smile and upbeat wait staff. We decided to try two different sandwiches, so we could share each, and went with the pastrami with mustard, and grilled wild salmon with the garlic aioli. Each sandwich comes with chips or veggies with house-made hummus, so we tried each as well. The wait was typical for a sandwich shop that custom makes grilled sandwiches(the pannini machine was a hoppin) and our food was delivered to our table. Everything about this place is fresh and tasty. The choices of breads and buns are wholesome and delicious and the hummus is incredible! I think the only downfall may have been the garlic aioli, it’s pretty formidible and on the grilled salmon, it seemed to weigh the sandwich down, looking back I think I should have chosen the alternative, thousand Island dressing, to add a bright sweet spot to the salmon. Overall though, we loved the food and will definitely be back. As my husband said, he’d come back for a bowl of those great blue chips and a bucket of hummus!

I do appreciate the organic, heathy lunch options this place offers. However, service was slow and the food was just alright. Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.

Awesome sandwich/salad/soup/coffee joint. We walked up and down the street trying to choose a Snohomish lunch spot… and landed here. Fresh, fresh, fresh food is the name of the game. Awesome soups and sandwiches. Great place for a quick, healthy sit-down lunch. I had a smoothie that was fan-freakin-tastic. They were great for our 16-month-old, too. Had some stuffed animals they gave her to play with. it’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

New snohomish spot. Their juice smoothies are to die for. It is expensive for a smoothie and a sandwich it comes out to 17 bucks.

I don’t know exactly how to feel about Grilla Bites. They introduced me to something I like; fake bacon, or as I like to call it, Facon. But the truth is, this restaurant is paying much more attention to the healthiness or their menu than the flavors they’re providing, which is unfortunate. I had a BLT with facon and the best part was the fake meat, oddly enough. Everything else about this was a mistake: mozzarella, ranch, tomato, and baby spinach. Oddly, it was served with blue corn tortilla chips and hummus, as were my grandparents sandwiches: thai tuna and a hot dog. The combination of bacon and mozzarella is something this experience taught me to avoid, but the worst part was the ranch. It just did not mix well at all and the whole thing was pretty bad. It was edible, but the combination was a disaster. As is the combination of blue corn tortilla chips with hummus with EVERYTHING. I’m all for good healthy food, but I think Grilla Bites needs to rethink their strategy and reassess flavor as maybe a stronger component of their menu choices.
