Highway robbery. I got a car towed and the first day I tried to go take it out but the car wasn’t in my name so I couldn’t which is fine. I told them I was going to get the previous owner to sign over the car and I would pay the fine and get it out. They (whiteside) told the old owner that if he can’t do that and he had to come down to get it out. Well $ 900 dollars later and no car for me. Terrible business. This kind of stuff should be illegal.
Side note. I called 4 different tow companies to see if I could do what I was trying to and they all said yes. Whiteside you are LYING CROOKS. good thing you aren’t in the business of customer service because you’d be out of a job.

BIG TIME CROOKS!!! Towed my car that my 16 yr old borrowed to go to a friends house for a get together. Parked along the side of the road where there were no signs or indications that he should not park there. When my son got to the friends house the friend said they couldnt come in because Snohomish County Sheriffs had a noise complaint by a neighbor. Apparently they called the tow company to tow the cars. My son was back to his car after being gone for about 5 minutes and the tow truck driver told him TO BAD and towed the car anyway. Then charged us $ 511.00 to get our car out the next morning. They have a racket going with the Snohomish County Sheriff. Bad Business, rude drivers.
