Great pizza. The new owner is often present and he adds a friendly energy to the place that makes it an enjoyable destination. For gluten free folks, I’d raise the rating to 5 stars. My wife eats gluten free, and I have enjoyed sharing a gluten free option with her without the thought that I’m eating cardboard.

Stopped by for dinner on a Saturday Night. Had the spicy Italian Grinder. It was awesome. Slight smokey flavor made it a go to for me whenever we are passing thru here again.

Here is our honest evaluation of this place, we want to do our best to support local businesses so hoping they use this for the purpose it was intended and learn from it. We tried this place twice just to give it 2 chances for different items lets start with the pizza. We tried the meat pizza which I truly give it 1 out of 5 assuming 5 is the best pizza ever. It was hot and the ingredients were fresh but that is what I assumed would be standard with any local establishment. The rest of the pizza was severely lacking in quality, and substance. The crust was very thin and flimsy and fell apart, its ok to have thin pizza if you like it but this was just poor. The pizza was also pretty greasy and that took away from the visual quality that it should have. The ingredients all stick together so if you take a bit the whole top of the pizza comes off with it. They also didnt extend out to the crust, but made up for that with a lot of cheese. It did have a nice flavor though, just needs a lot of work to improve. I thought the pizza was pretty expensive considering what we got, it may be the only choice on the ridge but that doesnt make it right to pay for it. On our second visit we tried the grinders and all I can say is disappointment. We tried 2 different sandwiches that tasted like they were made at Costco. If you like that great but we expected home made bread and or sandwich with a local authentic taste and that is NOT what you get. They are expensive so be prepared for a very small sandwich! The flavor was bland, and just so-so overall. I would not be going back here for the pizza or sandwich until things change. I really wanted to like this place and support them but hoping they make some needed changes. I thought the staff was pleasant and the environment was clean so no complaints there, but its the food that will bring people back. I got the impression that there business is not because its good, its because people just want to try the only option here and then after that I doubt they will return. I hope things turn around and that they change their pricing, food cooking and improve on what could be a great place.

Had a good 16″ pizza here with some family members. Half Veggie and Half Pepperoni. Our server was a bit of a character that knew how to make a pizza!

Good pizza — thin east coast style pizza. Just very expensive. Overpriced for what you get.

Wish there were zero stars. My first clue should have been that there were no customers during dinner time. I had to laugh when I opened the box, laugh because I had read some of the previous Unilocal reviews & knew better than to come here, but hey, we will try anything once. Think of the worse grocery store pizza. Red Baron? Totinos? WORSE. Toppings were visibly absent about 2″ near the crust, just sauce, and don’t go adding too much sauce! There must have been ¼ cup of sauce spread paper thin over the crust. We attempted to eat the pizza when we got home. First we had to seep up the grease with paper towels, it was so bad, it looked like it was cooked with pepperoni, then removed before putting it in the box! The crust was so limp from the grease that we had to pan fry it, to try & stiffen it up a bit. Will never eat here again! The owner should be embarrassed to serve this food & now I see they have opened another location. How about fix the first location before opening another!!! $ 28.00 with a $ 5 tip & we threw it in the garbage. DONOTEATHERE!

Went for lunch and ended up getting an 8″ personal pizza and a beer. Cost me $ 20 after tip, which seems like a bad deal, for what equates to maybe two regular slices and a pint of a mediocre microbrew. Why are prices so high for food here? Seems like this should be $ 12 tops

Second time I’ve been here, both times the food was great. Hot grinder sandwiches so good, my new favorite, the Rainer. The customer service was awesome. Nice place to sit and eat, good atmosphere.

Awesome customer service & fresh veggies! When my son sees his pizza come out and first thing he notices is fresh jalapeños it’s a winner. Grinders are awesome! Hawaiian Pizza add jalapeños really good too!

Good pizza and a nice place. It’s off the main street so turn the corner to find them. Good service, good cheesy bread, good pizza, clean restaurant. It’s all good.

Great pizza, Awesome Bruschetta and the beer on tap is on point! Try the Bitburger! Came across this pizza joint after a long hike to the Falls and it completely satisfied! The customer service was fantastic and we will be coming back for sure! Great laid back atmosphere. Thanks Uncle Si for an awesome experience!

Small portions good pizza. Not a great value but tasted really good. Paid $ 20 for a 12″ pie, so not so great. I’d recommend something else to bail out a dinner flop!

Came here with my girls after a long hike just before we head back up north to go home. We were all craving a big pizza with a nice beer on the side. The moment we walked in I noticed that they have Manny’s on tap! Which is a *thumbs up*! The Pizza we got was named«Yo Mama.» Reading the description got our mouths watery and made us crave even more for a large hot pizza. The pizza itself wasn’t all that. It was filling but it was just an «oh-kay» type pizza to me. The cheese they used on the pizza was very thick and not easy at all to cut up while biting into the slice. It’s a small pizza joint with nice employees but I regret getting the«Yo Mama» pizza and know that I would have loved a different pizza more. Thanks for the pizza!

The grinders are good and the pizza is decent but pretty expensive. I had a voucher for this place so I passed up my favorite spot Aahaar nearby to go here, but they refused to accept it. Kind of strange, they said it was valid but they don’t want to take it. Anyway, I had ordered so decided to go ahead anyway. It took them 25 minutes to make my sandwich and since it was 3:00 pm they weren’t even busy. My sandwich was delivered with no apology for the long wait. It was tasty but I had such a long wait for it with a growling stomach, that it didn’t live up to the hype. It was also pretty greasy although not as bad as Dominos. The sandwich was almost $ 11 though and I can get a great meal at Aahaar for less. They use fresh ingredients though and if they can make it a bit faster and provide better service I would think about coming again.

I really like this Pizza place! The atmosphere is nice and they are really quick with delivery — I had a problem before with the delivery drivers racing around the neighborhood and the new management has clearly resolved this issue. I really appreciate it when a local business takes into account the needs of the neighborhood they are in. If you haven’t tried their crust — it is divine! A nice, mostly think, chewy but still crispy crust with real charring. I appreciate this place and the staff!

Stop at papa Murphys on the way home, at least you will get what you ordered and not be accused of placing an order for something wrong multiple times

We stopped in this place for a quick, small, lunch before heading up to the falls. We noticed their sign that advertised a lunch pizza for $ 6, although the lunch meal was listed as $ 9.99, turns out that was for a 8in pizza with a soda and salad. Since we were just looking for a snack, we decided to share the meal. Our server stated that it was a 1 topping pizza, and extra toppings were 50 cents each. We ordered a 3 topping pizza, meaning our bill should have been $ 11+tax. The server brought it out and it was $ 13.50+tax, when we asked why, he confirmed it was wrong and went to change it. He came back some time later and stated that«he»(owner? manager?) couldn’t change it because of the toppings. This made no sense to me, but we were anxious to get going and decided to just let the extra $ 2.50 go rather than continue to fight it. Its not a huge deal, but annoying to be charged more than what is listed with no explanation. The pizza was ok. Service was poor(slow, minimal, and as noted above, not overly helpful), but nice enough. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are many other options in this shopping area, try something else.
