Rented a mountain bike for a half-​day. Three hours. Twenty minutes into my ride I flatted. Thirty minutes to walk back. How about a discount? Half fee? Nope. Full charge. It was a really great day for biking too, but no help from these folks. They also treated me like I was an advanced, technical cyclist, when although I have lots of experience, it’s not technical. Not customer friendly.
