My bf and I went to the spa for a quick massage and we both walked out thinking it was one of the best massages we have ever gotten(Ana and Jason thank you!). We got the cliff massage and they knew exactly what our bodies needed after skiing hard for a few days. Negative was that the wind was seriously blowing on the roof and it was like a snow tornado to get out to the pool/hot tub which is located far from the door so it was freezing and wasn’t that great/hot. I don’t believe they had an indoor hot tub/pool option. I don’t suggest it during any type of storm. We didn’t use the gym but it looked nice. Sauna was nice. Also no champagne! Overall we’d go back for another massage.

I was at snowbird for a wedding last weekend and booked a shampoo/blowout with Emily. She is magical and made my hair look exactly like the pinterest photos I showed her(ooooo so basic). I sometimes ask stylists for«loose waves» and end up with stupid prom-looking ringlets, but Emily rocks and made my hair look fluffy and nice. I was even mistaken for a Unicorn several times during the evening of the wedding. I cannot tell you how she did it or which tools she used, because A) my chair was turned away from the mirror and B) I am 7 and was playing candy crush saga during the entire appointment. I therefore assume she is a witch and used magic. Also, I didn’t wash my hair for 3 days and it continued to look awesome. Price: $ 50. Pretty much as expected for a resort. The actual facilities at the Cliff Spa are awesome, and the pool is amazing and worth going to regardless of your use of the spa. We even saw a mama moose and her babies looking down from the glass!

I had a custom facial from Lisa and I am never going back. Even though my skin is dry and needed sensitive care, she gave me an extremely aggressive treatment which included an incredibly drying masque. She also botched the extractions on my face, leaving all of the sensitive areas blotchy and red. I avoided being seen in public for days because of the botched facial she gave me. On top of it all, the service was extremely expensive. I thought this would be a relaxing treat for myself, instead I highly regret ever going to the Cliff Spa. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I have visited this spa twice. The first time I just got a manicure and pedicure and it was just OK but expensive. The second time I got a facial and a body scrub. The body scrub could have been done all by myself because not too much work was done. The facial was good; I loved being tightly wrapped up, getting my feet worked on and heat wrapped while my face mask was on. They don’t use steam or do extractions but the products felt good. The waiting room has no ambience, the robes are not of high quality and even the refreshments are being ugly displayed however the view is spectacular. There were two male cleaners in the women’s dressing room/shower area, something that should not be allowed. I wanted to give two stars but the facial and view bumped it up.

Cliff Spa is one of the reasons why I choose Snowbird. I needed to find a location that offered amenities for skiers, boarders, and NON-skiers. For $ 25, you get an all-day pass with exclusive access to the rooftop pool, sauna, fitness classes, and fitness equipment. You also don’t need to bring any toiletries as they are all provided including feminine pads. Talk about making planning easy. Just get in your car and go :) Yep, I left my parents at the spa where they ran into more non-skiers whose friends or children were enjoying snowbird while they enjoyed the spa. Win-win for everyone :) P. S. They also offer various massage and facial treatments. Note: for complimentary fitness classes, you must call in advance to sign-up.
