Hopefully this info. will help someone!
I have electric through RG & E and when I attempted to switch the electric into my name the other person still had it turned off on me. RG&E wouldn’t turn my electric back on because there were exposed wires… understandable. However, they did it on a Friday.
Without internet or a phone book it was very difficult to find someone to come out and fix the problem. Luckily I found the number for Wren Electric. Steve immediately answered and said he could come take a look within 15 minutes. He looked everything over and gave us an estimate and said he’d be back first thing in the morning.
He was promptly here before the time he said and had it taken care of within 2 hours. He and another guy that works with him did an awesome job and also gave recommendations as to having the electric panel downstairs replaced by next winter. I would highly recommend them. They were helpful and did a great job!
