Awful unhelpful Terrible and rude people work here. I will never go here again. I was told I can return an item that I bought online I had nothing but rude unhelpful long waiting rejection. I had to pay to carry the item on the plane.
The cvs operator on the phone even said they could have returned it but they were lazy.

Store was clean. Employees were friendly. Except at check out… I was buying a pair of flip flops and asked for a plastic bag to put my old shoes in while walking on the beach. I got a solid 5 minute lecture on how it’s against the law to give out plastic bags in Solona… upon exciting the CVS the next cashier had CVS plastic bags. I asked if I could have one and he said yes… so in the end, I left the CVS happy…

A few days ago I came by to this neighborhood to buy immediate cold remedies. To my surprise, the personnel were very friendly and helpful. I remember this one guy he walked me to the isle and handed me the medicine. Recommended!

There is always a long wait. Went yesterday with an RX and they said come back in one hour. The Pharmacy is so understaffed.
Previous time, I had a RX for 90 tablets and got home and opened it up and there were only 30 tablets in the container — and they had charged me for 90. I called and they said to come back for the additional pills but never mind the fact that I had to make an additional trip to the store.

You can always count on CVS to waste customer time while staff takes lunch breaks. This store is almost always empty. Yet they manage to never have time to help someone who asks a simple question.

Refilled and paid for a 90-day prescription but pharmacist Le Mykhanh only gave me a 30 day supply. When I called she said they normally filled prescriptions for 30 days. She laughed, and said that she would supply the other 60 pills.
When I picked them up the pharmacist apologized, BUT I still had to spend over an hour and drove 45 miles to fix their problem. THAT DOES NOT MAKE US EVEN!
Did not offer anything other than apology .The worst thing you can say about a business is that they just don’t care!
CVS doesn’t care so we are taking our business to COSTCO, where they do care.

This is probably the best location for a CVS store that I have ever seen, very close to the beach. 1 star because the chocolate that I bought was a year past it’s sell by date!

This was an awesome store. We were on vacation and this store was across the street. They had everything we needed; even a bath mat! (a little pricey, but really needed it). My husband got a really nice T shirt there, too.

This CVS is HUGE! (Although maybe we just ‘grow’ them small on the East Coast?) It’s very clean, with great, friendly employees. This is how I wish all CVSs were.

When I worked at the San Diego Fair last summer I use to find different ways of coming in to work to avoid all the Fair traffic. Well my favorite was driving up to the Solana Beach exit and coming South on the 101. And in doing so it would drive me right past this Longs every day. Well I’m a candy nut and can’t help stopping at a drug store for candy on the way to work. So I discovered this Long’s. Kinda on the small side compared to today’s standards, but it gets the job done for the locals. I thought the energy drinks and beer was priced a little high, but for convenience at the beach you could do worse. They even had beach chairs and other paraphanelia on sale and how convenient is that? Nice people in a nice store.
I even got my Burt’s Bees Chapstick and some peppermint soap while I was there.
