Aurora is definitely the best! I wouldn’t trust anyone else doing it. The Carlsbad location is closer to my house but I drive out to Solana Beach because she does such a great job, would definitely recommend.

I switched all four daughters and myself from Brazilia to European Wax Center in Solana Beach. Their patented wax and trained estheticians yield superior results and experience. In addition, we switched to their products. We use the Body Wash, Serum and Body Lotion.

This is by far the worse waxing/​customer experience I have ever experienced the staff are unprofessional. I will never be going back to an european wax center again.

No matter if it’s your first time to get waxed or you are a waxing pro, European Wax Solana Beach will not disappoint. Easton will more than likely greet you at the front desk with a beautiful, friendly smile, and I’d recommend Aurora as, my esthetician of choice. These guys will get you taken care of!

The customer service here is great. Easton is the best he sat down and actually showed me I was saving $ 121 a year by doing the 1^st time guest deal. Gail does my Bikini & brows and sometimes Aurora. They are the best.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because the front desk girls are very nice. I’ve attended this facility 3 times. My first visit went well. I went ahead and purchased a wax pass because I really enjoy the cleanliness and the service. My problems started with my 2^nd visit my skin was burnt and lifted. I was in a lot of pain so I called and informed them of my issue. After that I decided to visit another location. I felt in love with 4s ranch and although is far from my house, it’s close to my work so I just made it work. 1 week ago I was I need of a wax. It was the weekend so I decided to attend the Solana Beach location… again…BIG MISTAKE!!! My wax was done mediocrely, I am again in discomfort bc my skin was again burnt. I called to speak to a manager on Saturday and again on Thursday both times I was told that she would call me back. It’s been a week and I am still waiting. I’ll be happy to speak to headquarters on Monday. Maybe they will help them find qualify estheticians and qualify people to run this place.

I see Karissa for my eyebrows, and every time she does an amazing job. Only person I trust waxing them. She also shows you how to fill them in and what works best with your skin tone! Must see her!
First time guests get a complimentary eyebrow! So do it!

Bridget is my new best friend when it comes to my eyebrows and my Brazilian! Definitely my regular go to girl now. So happy!

This was my first waxing experience ever! The staff here made me feel so comfortable! Tiffany was amazing in making sure I was accommodated. I have a special needs child who I needed to bring with me. She made sure the room was rearranged so that they could accommodate my daughter.
When I got there, I was pleasantly greeted, I didn’t have to wait at all.
Savannah was my wax girl, and she’s AMAZING!!! She made me feel so comfortable. We talked the whole time. She was gentle, informative and very easy going! She explained the products to me, let me sample some. I was treated like a princess at this center!
They absolutely have a customer for life! I would recommend this center to ANYONE!

I had some bad wax experiences at other places and I walked in with worry and left with satisfaction and confidence! Everyone was so nice and gave me warm welcome. I felt safe in the hands of the talented artist who perfectly sculpted my eyebrows and never lifted my skin or caused any pain. Was the most pain free wax I have ever had and zero irritation. Only place to go! Thank you! I trust again :)

I have been a loyal customer of European Wax Center at Mira Mesa for the past few years. But after a disappointing waxing experience (way too many missed spots), I decided to give the Solana Beach location a try. I have only nice things to say about this location. Keep up the good work!
++ Appointments can be easily scheduled by phone. You can also book using their website but I am yet to try that.
++ Parking is a breeze at the Solana Beach location compared to the Mira Mesa location.
++ Professional staff.
++ Clean rooms and no double dipping of wax.
++ Fast and thorough waxing. I was done in around 40 minutes.
A general gripe about European Wax Center is that it is EXPENSIVE even with the package deal. It costs nearly 100 $ for full arms and full legs waxing.
TIP: I just learnt that you can go back for a touch up of any missed spots within five days. Makes life a little easier: D
TIP: First timers can avail free eyebrow or bikini wax. You have to show valid ID though.

I absolutely love this location of European Wax Center! Their wax is all natural and so are their products. Savanna & Aurora are hands down the best! So excited for my next appointment tomorrow :)

Got my first Brazilian and Gail did a fabulous job! She made me very comfortable and the hard wax they use was not painful. I am a true waxing convert now. The facility is clean and inviting. I scheduled online which made things very easy. They gave me an excellent discount for being a first time customer.

I have always had a great experience here, but I brought my daughter the other day who is turning 17 soon for a bikini wax. It was her first bikini wax and it was a terrible experience. The waxer (that I won’t name) was rushed, not very gentle, didn’t really do a complete job and left wax everywhere.
I had to call back and ask for Nicolina to fix it (who is fabulous, by the way).
She even admitted that the wax job my daughter got was a mess. She left feeling better after seeing Nicolina and the front desk staff was very nice. But, we were supposed to hear from the manager and never did. It’s been over a week and I am still pretty disappointed that the manager didn’t reach out and try to make it better.

Love this place the girls are always super friendly, they make their best to find an appointment even at the last minute. Gail does my eyebrows and she is phenomenal.
I’m so happy to go there always a great experience

Aurora is great! Everyone is so helpful and the wax passes are so convenient I have even used them traveling in other states. They use great wax and they are fast.

The first time I went in for a bikini wax, the girl waxing me told me that her grandmother accused her of fondling her younger brother. SO AWKWARD.
FYI — she doesn’t work there anymore.
Then I decide to call today and give them a second try. I asked the girl on the phone to schedule me with someone «experienced because I have bruised in the past.»
She offered to schedule me with someone tomorrow, but I needed same-​day service.
I replied and asked, «So you’re telling me that no one working today is experienced enough to wax me?» In so many words she pretty much said no. Which is fine — I appreciate her honesty. But apparently no one hired at this location can do a sufficient enough job — even the front desk girl wouldn’t recommend someone.

I went here per my wife’s recommendation. I’m not super hairy but have enough in some areas that I groomed with a razor. Wasn’t too sure about what to expect but everything was cool. I had my back and shoulders waxed and it was quick and painless (I have a high pain tolerance so take that for what it’s worth) – I felt it but it don’t bother me. Everyone was professional and cordial. It has lasted longer than shaving and no razor burn, so l’ll definitely go again.
