Vicky at IBT Solana is the BEST! She is super knowleadgeable, very personable, has a great selection of samples and works with you flexibly on projects. She really offers an outstanding and remarkable service. The pricing is excellent and the warehouse facility is very efficient. As a designer, who sees it all, I highly recommend Vicky and IBT for your bathroom and kitchen design projects.

I stopped in here needing guidance for a bathroom remodel & am so happy I did! Vicky was on top of my order from start to finish, referred me to a great contractor, never got flustered when the bid for my chosen tile came in hugely over budget, just helped me find something else. I really enjoyed the easy experience shopping here provided & my bathroom came out just beautiful!

I worked with IBT for my bathroom redesign and was happy with the process until my tile was installed and IBT had over-​ordered almost double the tiles required. I had relied on Vicky using my measurements to order appropriately (to my fault). Initially i was pleased given her promise to find a new buyer for the excess tile (not cheap tile!) however this has turned to nought and i am tired of calling IBT to remind her of her promises. So i am left to leaving a negative review for future shoppers. If using this store, calculate your own tile requirements (i just happen to believe they should be capable of honestly doing that).

I am a designer and I have worked with Vicky at this location for 8 years. She knows her products and specs, is a problem solver, works with you for pricing, and is fantastic! They might be a small showroom but they are mighty, and can get most of the tiles that are available at any other showroom in San Diego county.
They are always my first choice.
