Stopped there for a coffee this morning. Coffee was good, but the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude to us. We won’t be back.

Adorable little coffee shop in Solana Beach. Lots of options and vegan milks available. Just wish they had more inside seating as outside can get a bit hot, especially when you’re drinking a hot beverage.

I love this local little coffee shop! First off, they have great coffee and all of the fancy espresso drinks for sure but the location with the outdoor seating is the best. The employees are always accommodating and will even come outside to find you if you ordered food. It’s a gem of a place in this great little town.

The best darn sandwiches! If you have only stopped for coffee, you know it’s good. But, trust me on this one; try the sandwiches! Absolutely delicious. I would go out of my way to stop here for a bite to eat. My husband and I are huge fans. The owner, the customer service, the quality… it’s all top notch. :)

Stopped by on my way down to Point Loma the other day. I ordered the daily drip and it was not good. Burnt flavor and the coffee was way too hot. A little disappointed because i had high hopes. Anyone can make coffee(even bad coffee) taste good by adding milk, cream, syrup, etc. so I usually order one of the daily drip coffees to judge whether the coffee is good. And the service was non-existent and not friendly at all as some of the other reviewers mentioned. Oh well, I’ll be driving a little further and going to Lofty Coffee next time.

I wanted to like this place as it was very cute when I walked in but my food was odd. I ordered the omelet breakfast with tomatoes, spinach, onion and salsa and a coffee. The omelet ended up being a salad with extremely bland eggs on top… it was just odd but healthy I guess. Coffee was fine and I would probably go back to check out a wrap.

Cute spot, great location with plenty of parking! Hip hip HORRAY! I love the coffee here so much I HAD to buy a bag so I can make my own cup in the AM.

Great neighborhood gem. Coffee is delicious; not too strong & not too weak — just right. Dog friendly.

For quick, to go drinks. Not good for sitting and working. Iced tea was extremely watered down, but it was only $ 2. Friendly service.

The main reason for the 2 stars is how terrible the white mocha ice blended drink was. Like how do you mess a classic up? I got the large and it tasted like water. I’ve never sent a drink back in my life but it was literally flavorless and the consistency was painfully thin. The barista with slight irritation replaced my drink with another. She offered to remake it but I didn’t want to risk it coming out terrible again. So I ordered something completely different. The matcha acai ice blended. That was really good. Creamy, sweet, and a nice balance between the two flavors. I also ordered an Acai bowl for my friend to go. It looked good but very very small. I don’t think I’ll ever return.

After coming into this coffee shop many, many times, I’ve reached a point where I don’t think I’m coming back. The coffee is good, and the food is pretty good. The location is extremely convenient. However, every time I go in to grab a quick bite to eat, the employees act as if I’m extremely inconveniencing them. I’ve even gotten dirty looks and snappy remarks at the request of ordering a sandwich. I don’t really understand. I’ve worked in the service industry, and I make a point to be very polite to those who still do. I tip every time I go in. I know how frustrating it can be when you’re having a bad day, which is why I gave it so many chances. But there comes a certain point when you have to stop assuming it’s a bad day and start realizing that it may just be bad service. Take the extra steps and go to Choice. Those people are delightful.

This place is quick and has a really delicious coffee, and surprisingly, they make really delightful sandwiches. I really like the location it’s got great outdoor seating but the indoors is a little small which is understandable for its location in the middle of the parking lot. Their staff is super friendly and I would definitely go back.

Great ambience and vibe. A «happy» place. I ordered the Blushing Mango smoothie. It was OK and refreshing but I’ve had tastier smoothies. I suspect that other establishments use more banana or riper banana because this smoothie was not as sweet as I’m used to.

I happened to be in the area and needed a place to work remotely for an afternoon. This little coffee shop was great! People are super friendly, there are a couple of outlets and WIFI and it’s not too crowded. There’s plenty of parking and it’s in a great location. I tried the SBCC Club Sandwich upon recommendation from the guy behind the register; it was okay but I’d choose something else if I came again. Overall, a great experience.

Came here for a quick breakfast and was very disappointed. My boyfriend ordered the oatmeal and it was really gross and super small and pasty. I ordered the acai bowl and and it was tiny as well, and the fruit was all frozen. Spent $ 12 here like 4 bites of sub-par food. Definitely stick with coffee if you come here and don’t order breakfast.

I really want to give them 4 stars but I just thought the coffee was A-OK. By all means, it is most definitely 100 times better than Starbucks but it wasn’t coffee that really stood out. I ordered a medium iced almond joy. I like the service and appreciated how expedient they were; even though they were packed and had a line out the door, I got my coffee within a reasonable amount of time. Maybe I’ll give them another shot and order something else? There’s plenty of parking and the location is great if you want to grab a coffee and walk to the beach! I don’t think there are any other coffee shops near this plaza so it is a great little coffee shop if you need a little fuel!

Prelims: a small yet very unique interior full of little things that make you feel like you’re in someone’s home and yet in a café. For example, there is half of a person underneath the counter. Look under where they deliver your coffee. I did a double take the first time. I get the humor — a little creepy, but some might find it uproariously funny. It’s situated next to CPK in a plaza with plenty of parking and is next to the beach in case that tickles your fancy. There is plenty of outdoor seating and some indoor seating so you should not be in want for a location to sit and chill. Wifi is here as well — ask up front for the password. Service is impeccable — the two people that were working out front were fu, enjoyable company on a nice Saturday afternoon before I drove up to Los Angeles, and they gave me my organic mango iced tea almost instantly. The mango iced tea was pretty good — not overly sweet as some are in the habit of, but a good light flavored iced tea that was enjoyable for the afternoon. I like it a lot personally, and that’s saying a lot because I personally like unblended teas. I can see that if you would rather drink the full-bodied flavor or English or Irish breakfast that this mango tea would seem a little weak; but for those that appreciate the lighter flavors, I would definitely get it. TL;DR Small but enjoyable coffee shop; don’t drink coffee so you may want to check it out yourself.

This coffee company is independently owned, and they not only serve great coffee and tea, but they make some great grubs, such as bagels, breakfast burritos, pastries, and sandwiches. I tried some of the Tea Au Lait and one of their oatmeal bars filled with a acai preserve. The tea was great with just he right amount of steamed milk with a good tea flavor. A very relaxing tea to drink. The oatmeal bar was bliss with just enough sweetness to please the palate, but with enough sense that you are eating something healthy. Service was spot on by the two young ladies running the shop and were quite the friendly pair. This place is definitely very popular with the locals and rightfully so. They offer WiFi, some comfortable seating indoors and have a nice outside patio( ). You are allowed to bring leached dogs onto the patio.

Delicious coffee, friendly service and walking distance from my new apartment :) They offer several food items and free wifi but every time I’ve been here it’s been crowded so I felt bad hogging a table and using the wifi. There are 3 tables inside and several outside.
