Yes, their prices are high … but the value is much, much higher.

Beautiful clothes, with high prices to match. But BAD store policies. They have two locations now, both in North county coastal area. One in Solana Beach, and one near Del Mar. They unfortunately have the worst return policy around. Store credit only, even if you turn around and bring it in five seconds after you walk out of the store with it and it has a flaw; AND the credit can only be used in the store where you originally purchased the item… even though they have TWO locations, about three miles apart, with completely different merchandise selections. Make sure you LOVE your purchase and that it has absolutely NO FLAWS on it, because they will not give you your money back!

Great clothes. Bad customer service. No one said hello or even acknowledged the fact that I was in the store. I have shopped and spent money there for many years and was shocked by the way I was treated. I will not be going back.

Although the store looks very inviting, our experience is the exact opposite. My girlfriends and I do our weekly shopping meet ups all throughout the town. We wanted to try Tucci even though my experience in the past was so poor, we still gave it a second chance. Just like previous experiences we were completely ignored the entire time we were there. We were each even carrying shopping bags from the other stores on Cedros so we were obviously in the mood to spend some money. We weren’t even greeted with a «hello». This place has so much potential but anyone I talk to says the same thing that it doesn’t have the friendliest or helpful staff.

Whatever you are hoping to find for that occasion, they offer something better. If you are lucky enough to snag a pair of the fringe IMarant suede boots, then you are lucky enough!

Tucci is located on Cedros and I think this is the most stylish and upscale store in Solana Beach. Nice selection from fave designers including Philip Lim, DVF, Seaton — along with nice premium denim selection. The owner Jessica has great taste and style. I try to pick up items on sale for maximum savings.

I can see why it’s easy to spend a whole paycheck here. They have a great selection of Charlotte Ronson, Cacharel, Vanessa Bruno and Anna Sui. Too bad it’s in San Diego, but definitely a place to go back to!
