Ordered a croissant, strawberry banana smoothie and a latte at this location. First they were unable to warm up my croissant as both machines were not working. Machines indicated«needs cleaning». Latte was okay but my smoothie was way off. The barista making my drink made it a berry smoothie. I said that I ordered the strawberry banana thinking she was going to remake it. So she tossed a banana and poured the berry smoothie that she already make and reblended it. I left being on a time schedules with my baby and I finally took a look at the drink. The smoothie was not even a smoothie but like a watery blended juice. Terrible. It tasted nothing like the smoothie at other Starbucks locations. If I had tasted it then I would have gotten something else. This is a pit stop place and they don’t seem to care about the quality.

Drinks came out pretty fast. They were fully staffed the day I went in. Their drinks were good. Nothing odd or off-putting about them. The only downside is that one of their bathrooms was broken so there was a really long line of people. The line of people waiting for the bathroom actually threw off people waiting to order drinks because they intertwined.

Extremely slow stop at another Starbucks if you want drive thru in less than 20 – 30 minutes

A somewhat bizarre scene here. Employees wearing headpieces to speak with each other. A lot of whispering, giggling, glancing back n forth to each other and to customers. Looks like a lot of inside-jokes or gossiping. Service was okay, otherwise…

I come here because it is on my way to work and convenient. Drinks are good sometimes, but they are very inconsistent. If you can wait a little longer I suggest you stop at the Starbucks in king city if you are headed south or the one in Gonzales if you are headed north both also have a drive through.

Typical starbucks, but with a drive through option. We went inside as the drive through line was too long. But once inside, it wasn’ t much better. It took 10 minutes to get my mocha frap because the baristas were filling both drive through and in person orders.

Stopped here on a trip from Socal. What this place has going for it is a convenient location right off of the freeway. The service was extremely slow inside, probably due to the long line of cars in the drive through. Drink orders did not seem to be filled in the order they were taken, so there were some confused and irritated customers. On my stop, restrooms were filthy. Will try to avoid this stop on future road trips.

This might be harsh. But I’ve worked at a Starbucks for 8 years. There is no one in line. Everyone has waiting on drinks. 6 people on the floor and I waited 20 minutes for my drink. Unacceptable. As a supervisor he or she should manage their team better. This is why philz and peets are better. Service is more people.

SUPER slow! 30 minutes wait to get two drinks. Had to pull out of the drive thru because it hadn’t moved in 13 minutes. Inside was 30 minute wait. Croissant was stale. Staff was giggling about the wait times. Note to self… avoid Starbucks in Soledad.

very unpleasant visit on the drive-thru July 19, 2015 −9−36 p.m. Very rude person, totally rude answer when asked about the order. Someone needs to get retrained. I hope the managers read these reviews and do Something about it.

I rarely go into the store, but the drive thru staff are always great! They are quick, and have never gotten my order wrong. There is one barista that has always been the eliding of customer service– I would recommend her for Management. She has a tattoo of a tree on her left(?) forearm. Great job Starbucks!

My drinks never taste as good here as they do when I get them at other Starbucks… Very inconsistent.

Super Starbucks Fan checking in! Why three mediocre stars? Well, being picky about customer service, this location did not fit the bill. Come on, how long does it take to ring up a Venti Iced Coffee with four pumps cinnamon dolce, no ice, no room, & in a personal cup? Definitely not over six minutes, especially with the location not at all busy. Granted, their drive thru line was about four cars deep, it still doesn’t mean that the inside service should be slow at the register. Anyway, I’m glad to say that the store was clean, atmosphere was welcoming, and they made my drink right the first time.

Great location for easy on & off the the 101 The employees keep the line moving well. They get the orders right always s plus. :) It was very busy while we were here and our wait was minimal. Their was ample seating between inside & out. The store was well stocked with pastries, and merchandise. Tables were clean. This will be a stopping place in the future. I love my Starbucks.

This is a fairly nice Starbucks located in Soledad just off of the 101 freeway. We usually stop here on our way up to Nor Cal or down to So Cal. It has a drive-thru which makes it convenient. The line and registers are in the back of the store and the waiting area is near the front by the tables, so it does not get too clogged up waiting for drinks. The servers are friendly and always get our drinks correct, even the more difficult orders. The drive-thru moves quickly and again, they always get our drinks right. Only complaint: The bathrooms need a little more attention. This place gets a lot of people coming through since it is located right off of the freeway and they need to take a little extra care with making sure the bathrooms are cleaned. We always make a point to stop here to get drinks because of its convenient location and friendly service. 25⁄100

I don’t get it! If they don’t make conversation with the customers, they are rude. If they make conversation with the customers, customers think they are being hit on. Anyways… I appreciate their service ! The baristas are very friendly. Thank you Alex and Danny! We would frequently visit the store before heading to work in Salinas.

So, I woke up and realized we ran out of coffee at home. What do I do… jump in my car and head to my local Starbucks drive-thru. I order a Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte(for the husband), a Grande Triple White Mocha with Hazelnut(for self), a White Hot Chocolate for my son and my son saw the Pumpkin Scone, so I ask for a Pumpkin Scone. They girls response was«Oh we don’t have any, we probably won’t get them this year, we can’t even order them in our system». I replied, «you may need to take out or change out your sign or something because that’s like false advertising», her response, «I would if Starbucks would send me a new one». I don’t know to me that was kinda rude they way she responded and the tone of her voice. So, we then ordered Washington Apple Pound Cake for my son. When we got our order the girl didn’t even asked if I wanted my receipt, so we drive off because my husband and son are leaving out of town within they hour. About half way home my son takes a drink of his suppose to be a White Hot Chocolate but he tells me it’s a regular Hot Chocolate. He begins to eat his Washington Apple Pound Cake, he makes a face like he didn’t like it, so I taste it. It was soggy and not that great. For paying almost $ 20 and the gas I used to drive over, I tell my son you would think I would get what I paid for but nope can’t even get that. I was not happy with this visit and its not the first time at this Starbucks. The last time I went thru the drive-thru they made my drink wrong and forgot my extra shot of espresso, good thing i tasted it before I hit the freeway. I had to turn around and get off my car to let them know my drink tasted like MILK. So, the drive-thru girl who took my ordered just ask if they could just stir in the espresso instead of making me a new one… really!!! Lucky that time the girl who was serving the in-house customers over heard the conversation and offered to make me a new drink, now that is customer service!!!

Stopped by here with my husband on our way up to San Francisco, after we bought gas at the Shell station(located right behind). The place was pretty chill and only a few people were inside, so waiting in line was pretty short. Our vanilla latte was pretty standard(love that Starbucks is great at keeping consistency at any location). The woman & man restroom were clean(this was essential a pee stop for us and decided to grab coffee since we did not get much sleep the night before). Service was efficient and the wifi was fast and easy to get onto. Parking was a cinch.
