I sincerely hope that any member of the pharmacy staff has a loved one, elderly parent or sick toddler, who urgently needs something from a pharmacy… and they get treated like the careless and insensitive people who work here treated me. Perhaps this place would improve.

Very slow and they often don’t have the prescription ready when promised. Seems like they are always under manned and the queuing up is chaotic. The place is generally sort of dirty as well.

This is strictly a review of the experience I have had with the pharmacy. It is managed separately from the main store. I tried to get an order filled for my wife and they told me they were closing. This was over 90 minutes before they actually closed. I told them that my wife was in the hospital for a few more days and that there was no rush. They told me that they don’t have the items we need and to go to Walgreen’s. Went to Target and had a much more pleasant experience.

The prescriptions are never ready when they say they will. I’ve dropped off prescriptions 4 times and every time they say one hour. Come back 1.5 hrs later and they tell you they haven’t started it yet to come back in another hour. I think I will try the Walgreens up the road. Avoid if you need prescriptions.

It’s alright. The pharmacy took forever while we waited. There’s a USAAATM in the store, which is nice if you use USAA. There’s a Walgreens up the road in Lusby that I’d recommend over this CVS.
