The food and coffee was fantastic! I had a turkey salad with fresh brie and apples. They use turkey that doesn’t have nitrates and hormones. It was the first time I had turkey since the 1990s. It’s just not something I eat, but since it was such a healthy option, I went for it. The waiter was super nice. I asked for hot sauce and he brought out a variety of about six different ones! It’s so refreshing how they have Christian messages on pictures hanging in the restaurant. I’m so sick of hearing«spiritual not religious» that religion is very refreshing!(No wonder they aren’t open on Sundays!) My only complaint, I was supposed to have an apple cider/maple dressing for the salad. Either the cook forgot to put it on, or he barely put any on, so the salad was dry, but that didn’t take away from the taste because everything was so fresh. Next time I’m in the area, I would definitely come back.

This place is great! I wish they were open on Sunday’s. It would be a great brunch spot. They should consider closing on Monday. Went with a friend who is raw and vegan and we were able to get a bunch of great items. The owner was very friendly and came over to discuss ingredients and give her recommendation. If this place where open longer we’d frequent more often and likely spend more time at the shore.

I live less than ten minutes away from this establishment, and currently my gym is right across the street. The heart in the business is there, it’s not quite large but there is inside seating. The specials really never change on the white board, so those looking for more of a diverse menu on a regular customer basic don’t expect it. Although, I must say they do have a selection of soups, and simple paninis; wraps; salads; sandwiches. Breakfast is also on the menu but once again it’s simple good cooked food. The prices are a little high but is to be expected as a family owned business. One thing that is rare in the area is there genuine juice bar. You can grab a protein shake after your workout if you’re like me and are too lazy to buy an expensive blender. There service lacks a bit in professionalism, but do not allow this to deter you from trying. The people there usually are the same, and make take some time to receive your order. But all in all good food, helped me when I needed a quick boost

As I was back in SPNJ from Memphis visiting family I had a craving for a fresh«juice.» Luckily I found this gem. It is the only juice bar in SP and it is legit. Fresh veggies, fruit, wheat grass etc. Rocco who made them for me all three times in a three day span was super knowledgable. The menu was well put together and all three juices I had were delicious and packed full of energy! Pricing was fair compared to what it would take to actually keep all those fresh ingredients on hand. The rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming. I also loved that it was not a chain! I will be most definitely be visiting this establishment again on my visit in July.

Lovely little spot with bad parking options but that aside the food is organic and some GF — vegan — dairy free options. The previous chef has left so the menu items are being tested, I guess. Hasn’t been consistent since she left. It’s a shame. Her recipes were fabulous. She made the best baked goods My father and sister who are the most finicky diners still love it here. They order at least once a week. I used to enjoy the vegan chili, last time it was tasteless. Tried the soup of the day, again no seasoning. I will give it a try again I know they just added a juice bar All good menu options, just need to get back in the loop for my taste buds

I absolutely love this place. The ONLY vegan — friendly place around and the only juice bar! Love the black bean burger, the vegetarian chili and everything else I’ve tried. Must try! Closed Sundays as they are family owned and operated and true to their name.

I’m so happy that I stumbled upon this café, as it’s a vegan’s paradise! From their delicious vegan pancakes to their hummus wraps and homemade veggie burgers, one can’t go wrong! The service is great, and don’t leave without buying a couple of their vegan pumpkin muffins!

Came here on a lunch date with my beautiful girlfriend on our day off. Walked in and was barely greeted at the day to be seated. Waited five minutes for a table that was clearly clean and empty. I was served a glass of water with some things floating on the bottom. The staff didn’t wear uniforms, which was evident bc my waitress was wearing a tie die shirt and gym shorts; she was a girl. There was no music playing and I heard a constant squealing noise from something in the back. The menu was a word processed photocopied 8 ½/11 piece of computer paper and the waitress didn’t even know the menu. We waited around a half hour for two tasteless burgers with no sauce or toppings and cardboard bland pita chips. — it was $ 20 Waste of time and money. This is a family owned resturaunt, it’s a shame that they have no passion in their business and it shows. It takes spending some money to make some money. Buy some uniforms and play some fuckin music. Forget heavenly health, try horrible health. I love eating out and I love people. For a nice alternative, try the spot or fitzpatricks deli up the street.

Ordered the chicken panini with spinach & brocolli raab, the chicken with sauteed veggies on a roll special, also tried the egg, turkey bacon & cheese on a multi grain roll & of course we couldn’t resist the mixed berry pie… delicious & healthy! My family & I really enjoyed everything & can’t wait to go back for more!

We ended here for lunch when we were visiting Ocean City. This place is good for vegetarians as it has lot of veggie and vegan options. Tried the black bean burger, veggie burger, hummus wrap and chilli soup. All of them were delicious. The owner there is also very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

A great location and a perfect way to advertise healthy eating & vegan food in south jersey but unfortunately it doesn’t seem they take full advantage of this. They offer a small menu with a few different types of veggie burgers(though often times i will go to order the lentil burger and they’ll be out) and the toppings are ok, not the freshest. They were also out of wheat buns when I went so I had to get my veggie burger on brioche(the only other available option). Wouldn’t order the sweet potato fries either– for something so simple to make its easy to tell they buy them frozen as they were cold and limp. They also have strange hours and close super early(sometimes almost an hour before the closing sign says). I have heard from friends that the vegetarian chili is very good and they go for it often but I’m not a huge fan of chili so I’ve never tried it. disappointed because this place could be great, only wish they would put a little more effort in to make it better :/

Love this place, the only place in south jersey you can order healthy, and vegan organic food! Black bean burger is the best!
