Horrible. They didn’t load my Jeep onto the track properly and half way through the wash it jumped the track hitting the machine! The truck behind me hit into me and they had to shut the entire wash down to back out the cars. I left, drove a block and realized something was not right with my car, it was pulling, alignment was off, I’m not sure? I went back to tell them and leave my number for the owner to call me (Tom Collins). They acted like the car was already off alignment and that’s why it jumped the track!!! It’s a new 2015 Jeep! Still have not heard from the owner so I went and filed a police report. I hope this place burns to the ground.

Worst car wash ever!!! They are terrible in every respect… they left wet mats inside my car, they scratched up the car with bad drying towels and I had to tell them to clean the rims as they never did. My leather seats were wet, the mats in the back seat were half on the seat. I paid for the rim cleaning and had to argue with them to clean it right. Never again will I go there and hope you read the rest of these reviews and take your business elsewhere.

The only reason this place gets one star is because I can’t click on anything lower. My experience here started fairly well, the thought of an oil change plus a free car wash and vacuum? Sure sound great, im in! The gentleman who initially greeted me at my car was fantastic, though I was a little concerned right off the bat when he asked me what kind of oil my Mustang took. I mean, shouldn’t he have already known this? At this point, I popped my hood and he said «yeah i’m going to give you fully synthetic and just so you know your car may take a couple extra quarts so there will be an extra charge.» I got no price quotes nor was I warned of even a ballpark estimate of what the cost would be. I never thought to even be concerned with the price considering I’ve never paid more than $ 50-​$ 60 at most for an oil change at most establishments. I proceeded to walk inside and wait, the car was done with the oil change as well as the wash within 15 minutes. I walk up to the counter and i’m told my bill for the oil change was $ 112… yes over a hundred dollars for oil. My jaw dropped, I was visibily angry and asked why it was so high. «well your car took a few extra quarts, I told you of the extra charge beforehand so you wouldn’t be so shocked» of COURSE im shocked. I payed the bill only because I needed to leave and return to work. The next morning, I came back to speak to the manager whom was totally clueless and just said «yeah sorry those are our prices, you’d have to talk to the owner». Once the owner came out and walked towards me, he immediately seemed irritated and intimidating. I greeted him with a «Hi how are you?» and his response was «yeah what can I do for you??» well I went on to explain to him that I felt ripped off and presented him with facts about my car and how nothing added up. I even spoke to other mechanics and recieved other quotes. I have a mustang gt 2011, it takes 8 quarts of oil and they used a lower brand called Kendall. Kendall costs what, 8 – 9 $ a quart? Hello, does this make sense? The conclusion to this horror story is the owner throwing my receipt back down and saying «No i’m not giving you a refund, thats what we charge» I only asked for some kind of refund, not a full one. No, nothing, this man did nothing for me and looked at me with disgust like I was inconviencing his morning. Oh and to top it off, the car wash sucked, my dirty rims weren’t even touched, still caked wih grime. I hope this place shuts down, horrifying customer service. I’ve never written a Unilocal review and this would be my big warning to everyone who reads this, they will truly rape your wallet. Have fun

Went in for an oil change on my 08 jeep cherokee 5.7L. The establishment is clean and nice inside. The girl at the register was friendly.
The carwash came with the oil change. It was like a rinse. Still had spots on the paint. Probably equivalent to a $ 5 wash. They use that ploy to offset the ridiculous oil change price of $ 71!!! Gtfoh! Theres no reason to charge that much unless maybe the oil will run me 25K miles. Im good on money but thats outrageous. I will go somewhere else from now on.

Don’t go at the end of a day. They close 30 min ahead of posted hours. I’ve gone toward end of day a few times and wasted a trip there.

This the second and last time I will ever go to this place. First time they did a lousy job but u chalked it up to their being newly opened. Went there again today and nothing changed. The car wash got the surface dust off but bugs and hard dirt were ignored. When told about it, they ran the car through the wash again. Car came out the same. There is absolutely no quality control!!! Inside was just as dirty as when we brought it in. The dry job was for the birds! Didn’t do inside of the doors or trunk lid.
This has to be the worst place I have ever had my car washed. The absolute WORST.
When I got home I finished drying the car and got the bugs and road dirt off myself with very little effort. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
At best this is a $ 3.00 car wash, the kind you find at gas stations.

Make sure you LOCK UP all your stuff, our middle compartment was tampered with and our ID’s and important paper work were stolen out of car! On top of this they did a horrible job; didn’t even vacuum the inside of car see pictures below. The place wasn’t even busy; a bunch of lazy guys rushing to stand around! This is the second time they did this and I’m not a confrontational person so my only option is to not return. If you’re the owner and you’re reading this, pay close attention to this post because if they’re doing it to one car they’re probably others who are thinking the same way! Customer satisfaction should be your number one priority in any business! Prioritizing your business ethics should always start with your employees doing their job!

Never do a good job. I always have to remind the guys to dry the inside of my doors and to dress my tires. You have to watch them. They don’t vacuum under your mats either. I hate going here, but I give in because it’s really the only gig in town. The owner is not very nice. He walks around like he is God.

Terrible service… Extremely unprofessional!!! Scratched the hood of my truck with a dirty rag. After several attempts to get in contact with the owner (Tom Collins) I was told basically he wasn’t responsible and that there was nothing he could do. Never even tried to rectify the situation. Very arrogant!!!

Terrible! Destroyed my front tag. No apology. Immediately tried to blame me. Bad customer service, and a bad car wash. For $ 15.99 I could have hosed it off and got better results. Avoid this mess.

I love this place! We have bought the 6 month package for the last year and a half. You can’t beat it. The guys do an excellent job. Always vacuumed and wiped clean with towels at end inside and out. I have noticed that when they are exceptionally busy the wash is not perfect but not even worth complaining since I’m not going to do it myself and with the package I can come back again tomorrow! I have a brand new full size SUV… black in color (one of the hardest colors to keep clean) and I’m never concerned with my vehicle and always pleased with the end result!

I feel like I rob them only paying $ 15.99 for the value they provide. You get out of your car and they vacuum it out completely! You pay inside and watch your car go through the wash. Once out a swat team of people dry it off and wash each window from the inside! Your car almost looks detailed it’s so good. Try it and see!
