So disappointed in this company. Three salesmen=three different explanations of return policies, sale refund procedures, mattress info. Called corporate and that was an equally bumbled nightmare. Suggestion: shop around, stick to your budget, and prepare to lose sleep over mattress mumbo jumbo. Boo.

Franco is a great sales rep at the Somers Point store. We recently purchased the base for our tempurpedic cloud luxe. He followed through to the delivery & the install. I m a loyal Sleepys customer for many years. In fact all of my mattresses have come from various Sleepys locations & Somers Point because of Franco was the best!!! Don’t just consider Tempurpedic, buy one.

I highly recommended Sleepy’s in Somers Point, NJ. Justin the store manager is awesome. He was so helpful in providing me with information about the mattress selection. He helped me a find a comfortable mattress in my price range that suited my needs. Justin was very knowledgeable about the inventory Sleepy’s carries. Buying a mattress can be confusing and Justin made a difficult decision easy. I felt confident with my purchase and love my mattress! They even delivered it right to my door with free set up! Thanks Justin! I highly recommend Sleepy’s in Somers Point, NJ. Don’t forget to ask for Justin and tell him Marla sent you.

I worked with Franco here on Black Friday. He was very welcoming from the time I walked in the door. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision but made sure I understood the differences in price points and what they meant for quality. I ended up choosing the Sleep Options Tempurpedic bed and a month into ownership I’m still happy with it! Franco was amazing to work with and I would recommend him to anyone!

Service over all was pretty horrible considering we had to go back to the store at least 3 times for the same issue. To not even get it resolved, we had to call the company anyway. The quality of the mattress is good but besides that this has been nothing but a headache. The people we talked to when we called the company helped though I just suggest not going to this particular sleepys to get your mattress.

2 stars for the fact that they are in fact a store with mattresses inside. I did not appreciate the «What’s it gonna take for me to get your business today?» approach from the salesmen or the «Well, it’s on sale TODAY, I’m not sure about tomorrow» line either. Don’t B.S. me I can smell it from a mile away.
