The food here is fabulous. My family is probably one of the most loyal set of customers this restaurant has. The buffet is a great deal with a great selection and a great compromise on spice level. The flavors are to die for and the staff is very friendly. However, I have a complaint about the dinner menu. We have traditionally always ordered the lamb dishes. These dishes are usually $ 14.95, and we’ve never had a qualm about paying that much for delicious and quality food until the last few times we have eaten there. Tonight I counted 7 total small pieces of lamb in my Lamb Madras – only 7 bite size pieces for $ 15. My boyfriend’s Lamb Mango was very similar. If this meal were under $ 10, I wouldn’t complain. But to spend approximately $ 40 for two to eat a small meal with water and an order of naan is going to make this favorite restaurant of ours become a less frequent option for us. I say this because I love good, authentic Indian food. I don’t want this place to close down like Indian Palace did. Just something to consider. Again, the food is by far one of the best I’ve had, but the portions are slowly growing smaller and smaller for a quite expensive meal.

I actually LOVE this restaurant. I’ve never been to India, so I don’t know if it’s ‘authentic enough’, but the food is great here. Everyone was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was perfect.

This place is actually a decent spot to eat at. It’s a bit expensive for the area but they have a buffet on weekends that is worth checking out. Certainly worth trying if you’re in the area and want some decent Indian food. Great staff and atmosphere. I took off one star for the price and the other for the food. While the food is not bad, it’s also not the most authentic. Nothing here is very hot and some of the dishes can be bland. Don’t be shy to ask for things to be a bit spicier. I’m not a vegetarian but found many of the vegetarian dishes to taste better than the typical lamb or chicken dishes. Basically if you want something new to try then this spot is a solid pick. Nothing here is going to make you fall in love with indian food; however, nothing here is disgusting either.

Another disappointment on the name of Indian food. One just closed down for good and another one to go down in near future. Why people without passion do this kind of precious business? Is it ego or what? Only Indian restaurant in town, so no choice, otherwise I would never eat here.
