Terrible, I would call this company a fraud. Placed an order to ship to my sister house, almost a month later she said she never received the order. Called their customer service and they had to «email» corporate because they can only relay messages to them through email. Finally got a call back from corporate and they said the order showed as «processing» (for almost 30 days???). Promise to resolve And call back by the end of day, never happened. Called again this morning to make sure I get a refund because never received cancellations confirmation email, and was told she will forward that to corporate as well.
Bottom line, never received the order (30 days), no communication about order being delayed the whole time, third party customer service that is not able to do anything but to forward request to corporate office. Do not buy from this site!!!

Damn great bags and customer service. I had a problem with my order, unfortunately my sister added something extra, and they were nice enough to resolve the issue.
