Dr Peddu’s office staff, Jessica and Kelly, who knows if they gave real names, are obnoxious and rude, like a bunch of untrained trash. Where did she find these people and why can’t she train them how to speak to patients? I work in healthcare. There is no excuse for their obnoxious behavior. And if Dr. Peddu allows this behavior then I won’t waste my time on her.

I like the doctor. There isn’t a long wait for an appointment. She generally runs on time, and she knows her job.
What’s stopping me from going to four stars is the horrible back office service. If you need a letter for school or work, you have to jump through several hoops to actually get it. The biggest hoop is to actually get the secretary to pick up the phone, which usually goes through to voice-​mail never-​never land.
