Fidalgo Floors

Excellent customer service. The owner (we call him big Gerry the wood whisper lol) is as knowledgable as we have seen or used in the flooring industry. Prior to Fidalgo Floors we had used several ‘popular’ flooring specialists that did not live up to their claim (did the other reviewer get Gerry confused with these guys maybe lol?)
Anyways…
We contacted Gerry back in 2013 and we have since used his flooring services for a variety of projects totaling over 20 different-​sized rooms. We have also used him for our own home (s) and he exceeded expectations. He takes the time to understand our needs, gives solutions based on those needs and creates our vision the way we want.
His motto from our prospective has always been: do you want to redo your floors every 3yrs or every 15yrs? Especially when pricing counts — its a no-​brainer to pay for the expertise, project-​management and most of all highest quality. Thank Gerry & Fidalgo Floors for everything you do!
