I was very delighted with the service I received! Collin was very professional and patient when I had a lot of confusion about my account and he made sure to contact corporate offices to really understand the issues & took the time to elaborate on any questions I had. I really appreciated his friendliness as well as all the other coworkers there that were there to help! Colin also recommended to get the fake glass on top of the iPhone screen because I have dropped it numerous times and have realized that is the best investment I have gotten for my phone because the phone itself has not had one crack on it! thank you so much again for all of your help!

I went in there to purchase a new phone for my mother and Nancy was amazing. Super friendly and did not try to up sell us any product. A day later I realized that I had insurance on the phone and I could get her a replacement for free. Knowing I may end up paying a buyer’s remorse fee, I called and asked for Nancy and told her about my mistake. She remembered us and took care of the situation. Customer service like that does not come around often. Thanks Nancy!

AWESOME! I love this one girl that works there shes really helpful. Think her name was Chery… best experience. she was on her game and answered all my questions. very knowledgeable familiar with plans and service. Anyway upgraded me and set me up a new plan to save me money!
You will not find better plan for the rate I have unlimited for under 50 bucks!

I’ve been to T-​mobile places before where the employees wereincredeibly helpful, but this place was NOT one. I’ve only been here twice, but those two times were more than enough to keep me from going back. Two times, two different employees, two seperate terrible experiences.
These employees not only were incredibly condescending about my questions, but they outright YELLED at me when I asked them to elaborate on their vague explainations, and tried to hury me out the door so that they could help other customers – without really helping me with my issue.
I won’t be back to this place.

watch out for the parking nazis! They will tow your car in a second if you do not shop at any of their stores. Even if you do shop, they will still tow if you leave th premises for any reason. You will the owe PAt’s towing $ 112.50.

They were very helpful on a day when the whole of the greater Boston area was shutting down because of an impending snow storm. Natalie was super friendly and helped us get what we wanted. She didn’t try to sell us something that we wouldn’t use. We got a new plan so of course they would be nice. But there were many other people in the store with returning service questions and everyone seemed to be treated quite well and left happy.

This store opened a few weeks ago in the Twin City Plaza. It is very large and not crowded at all. Most importantly, it has a huge parking lot and next to a Shaw’s, Marshalls, Rite-​Aid, Dunkin Donuts, Papa Ginos, McDonald’s, a Dollar Store, a fabric store and a Bank of America ATM. Talk about wrapping so much suburbia into one short trip. Unlike Cambridgeside or Downtown Crossing, the place is not mobbed and you actually can speak to someone about your service and get your hands on the phones.
That’s all I really need in a mobile phone establishment…
