Talking religion over eggs and bacon. YAY! Well not so yay but breakfast served all day is great. 2 eggs with cheese, choice of meat, home fries, choice of toast and a coffee for a paltry $ 8. Served quick and eaten quicker. Still have time to go for a walk before going back to work…
Owner John just mentioned to me that they will be opened on Sundays starting Valentines Day 2016. 7−3pm. Much cheaper and easier breakfast alternative than going to Ball Square.

Fantastic local sub shop. Have been twice now and it was spot on both tires. Fresh ingredients. Cool people. Even my dog got a slice of bologna.
Even a basic turkey sandwich was great and there is so much more.

Thurston Spa is the best place you’ve never heard of. We order Thurston Spa sandwiches minimum once per week at my office. The value is insane. For around $ 5, you can get a breakfast sandwich and homefries that are out of this world or you can get one of their lunch subs for only a little bit more. The ONLY reason Thurston Spa doesn’t get 5⁄5 stars from me is because they’re cash only (at least on delivery).

Great place to stop for lunch or breakfast as breakfast is served all day. Had a delicious bacon egg and cheese that comes with homefries. Very clean and new looking place with friendly owners. Affordable pricing. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat !

Local business, Thurston Spa was recently given a major makeover and reopened to the public on 09/​01/​2015. We had breakfast there this morning, and had a full plate of eggs, ham, toast, and (actually very good) home fries this morning. My kid had pancakes. Loads of neighbors in and out for coffee and a chat with owners Carl and John. Lovely to see the tribute to former owner Jerry on the wall behind the cash register.
