Walgreens

I give this Walgreen’s 3 stars because they usually do a fine job and answer any questions I have. No different than any other typical drug store. Although, I should give less stars because of the way I was treated and I write this review as a warning for anyone who may happen to enter this Walgreens after midnight.
Some employees are extremely nice and helpful (Marlena is new & great), yet others are terribly rude, have no sense of customer service and have no issue humiliating and making false accusations of theft to their customers. Being a 24 hour Walgreens I understand they have to take extra precautions during late hours, and I stopped in late Thanksgiving night. While paying for my $ 40 worth of items at the register, I had 2 items I had never seen before shoved in my face by «Shift Lead» Michele, accusing me of stealing them because I was in those isles so it MUST have been me. Even after I emptied every pocket and bag she still would not apologize, tried to BAN me from the store or call the cops. She proceed to lie by saying she had witnesses, yet there were 3 people in the store, one being me. I believe that anyone who looks 30 or younger, Michele WILL follow you the whole time (ok to an extent at late hours) but she WILL accuse you of theft. I was humiliated, lied to, wrongly accused of thievery, and threatened. I bet if I were 60 there would never have been an issue — age discrimination at its finest. Thank you, Walgreens, for providing me with such an appalling experience. Next time, review your employee’s resume, or even just their mental attitude a little more carefully before you hire/​rehire them.

This is the worst Walgreens I have been to. I have been a Walgreens customer for almost a decade now, and this store has managed to screw up my refills 2times now. There seems to be a disconnect between the store and the mobile app.
Avoid this place at all cost, the corporate office should take note of how terrible this location’s pharmacy system is.

I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember. It’s very convenient and the staff is great. This is the only pharmacy I use. I have a hate love relationship with the pharmacy. There’s times when I wait far too many days to get a refill when I need it asap.

Store over all is pleasant, but this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy staff is unprofessional and rude. Three of the staff were yelling back and forth about their personal lives, ignoring patrons. When another woman came to assist me, they were so loud she couldn’t effectively hear the answers to my questions. I’ll likely be using a different pharmacy next time.
