I had continual problems contacting the company and getting them to respond. When they finally did give me an estimate and have workers come out, it was a slap-dash effort which left a mess. I had a citrus tree pruned and they left all the lemons on the ground saying they couldn’t put them in the chipper because it would made «lemonade.» Well, what about scooping them into the green waste containers? Oh, no, no time for that. So, I have hired someone else to clean up after Bartlett. I will not be using them again since they are somewhat expensive and don’t clean up.

Company was prompt in bidding the job after initial contact. Rick did a great job trimming a large tree and cleaning up debris.

I had Bartlett’s come out and estimate a job for me. I received their estimate but needed to clarify a couple of items. I called Scott and left a message and asked for him to call. No call. I later called and spoke with the receptionist and told her that I needed to clarify some things. She said she would tell Scott and have him call. No call. I found another service to bid the job and found them to be receptive. I called Scott again and left a message telling him that I was dissatisfied with the lack of response and said that I had found another service to do the job. Again, No call…
