Beale Carpet Cleaning

Time for carpet cleaning and I chose Beale based solely on the advertising flyers that had been left at my front door. They are a local business, live here in Sonoma which gave me a feeling that they would be better than a national chain company, with who-​knows-​where they come from personnel. When I called for an estimate, I had to leave a message and my call was returned in ten minutes by a nice youg woman. After having my questions answered I asked to schedule for a Saturday and they had an appointment for the very next Saturday in the afternoon. Later on she called to say that her husband had an appointment in the morning cancelled, did I want that time slot? YES please.
Buddy arrived at the appointment time promptly, explaining the process thoroughly and gave me a quote. Even helped move a dresser before getting started. The work was done efficiently and he was very pleasant to visit with. I was very happy to feel so comfortable with him in my home.
He placed a fan to help speed the drying time and helped move a couple larger pieces of furniture back into place before leaving.
I definitely will recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning.
