Nice guy sitting the counter, but privacy some of the worst coffee ever. We ordered an Americano and a Cappuccino for $ 6 – 7 and didn’t drink either. This was our first time, but we didn’t get any free drinks. Too bad since we didn’t drink them in the end. Bleh.

Loved this place. Conveniently close to Sonoma as we were driving back to SF after a weekend in the valley. They are drive-​through as well, and when we stopped and said we were not sure what to get, they offered us a menu card. We said we did not want anything too sweet and the guy at the counter offered to make our coffees (Irish cream original and mocha) half sweet. He also told us that if we did not like it, he will re-​make it. We did not need him to re-​make but last and not least, he told us the coffee was on the house for first-​timers. Thank you wonderful people at Dutch Bros. — you have loyal customers in us!

Free coffee on your first ever visit! Why would you not go. The muffin tops were delicious and helped me build out my muffin top. Great coffee, easy drinking.

Me and my friends had our drinks for free just because it was our first time. Apart from that the iced kicker coffee with irish cream is incredibly balanced. Very smooth and strong.

What a fantastic experience! I got the regular coffee and it is delicious. My husband got the kicker, he says it’s creamy deliciousness. Inside tip, your first drink there free. We left a great tip for the barista.

This was my first time so I had no previous expectations in mind. Had a little trouble finding out how to get into the building until we realized you don’t go in. There is a drive thru or a walk up window.
I ordered the Kicker which is a version of an Irish coffee (non-​alcoholic). I was not disappointed in the service or my drink.
Had a great experience and will definitely return.

I visited the drive thru for this Sonoma location around 5:00 pm on a Tuesday. The young lady working the window and her two female co workers were extremely friendly and talkative. We talked about where we were from and how nice the weather was. Her co worker noticed my silver jewelry and we compared rings. :-)
I told them I’ve only heard rave reviews about the Sacramento area locations from my sister. Since it was my very first visit to Dutch Bros. they helped me choose the Caramelizer — small, decaf, soy milk. On top of that, they said it was on the house since I’ve never tried their coffee. I wasn’t expecting that at all. I’m not the ungrateful not selfish type, so I placed $ in their tip jar for them to split. THAT surprised them. After thanking me with big smiles on their faces, they wished me a safe drive home. I never felt rushed during my drive through visit. Unfortunately if there were cars behind me, I never noticed since I was enjoying the conversation. I saw it as a great visit leaving everyone happy. Thank you ladies for making it a great way to end a nice day off!

So eager to go check out some local wineries, I almost missed Dutch Bros., when I realized I did, I immediately turned back ’cause my wife and I really need to try it plus we haven’t had our caffeine fix for a while that day.
It’s a nice little drive-​thru spot in the corner of Broadway and France Streets. Since it is our first time we didn’t know what to get. I asked the Brandon Boyd look-​alike dude who helped us what’s his recommendation. He asked us how we usually drink our coffees and he described each choices they offer. He mentioned that we can have it in any way we want, cold, blended or hot, extra shot etc. Brandon Boyd was very informative and helpful, he also made our first time a good experience.
I got a hot Kicker (their most popular according to him) and was pretty satisfied with the sweetness and the «kick» while my wife had a cold Caramelizer, which was tasty but not too sweet.
I was going to hand my debit card when Brandon Boyd said that our drinks are on the house because it is our first time, I laughed thinking he was joking, and insisted on handing him my card, and he said, «no, the drink is on us, enjoy!»
Man, the coffee was good, the experience was very good and the coffee being free was just the best!

I came here one early morning hours to satisfy my coffee fix. Because this was my first time here, I didn’t know what was popular or a good drink for me. The lady at the window was nice enough to give me a description of their most popular drinks and what would keep me up throughout most of the day. She spoke in a happy and enthusiastic manner which made me really appreciate the customer service of this location. Because of that, I have been a fan of Dutch Bros ever since.
As for the drinks itself, they’re really tasty and will keep you up! I ordered the Annihilator which was a great choice. The chocolate macadamia in the drink isn’t too overwhelming and is blended just right with the other flavors. It’s probably my favorite drink so far.
The location is built like a coffee stop where you drive to the window to order your drink. I came here in the morning and the line wasn’t too long which was great.
This is my new favorite coffee stop in the area. I will be coming back soon to check out the other delicious drinks. I already have my stamp card and can’t wait for my free 10^th drink!

We headed over to Dutch Bros. Coffee after dinner for some dessert coffee. We couldn’t have been happier with the decision.
The small coffee shop offers both drive-​thru service and walk up service. The walk up window was open and it was like a party in there. Lights flashing, music playing, then Hanah comes to the window, and with the biggest smile and personality, took our order. I ordered a large white chocolate mocha, hot and with whipped cream. The coffee is delicious and exactly what I wanted. Because this was our first time Hanah informed us our coffees were on the house. The coffee was great and the service is truly amazing.

First time here and I love their coffee! I got the hot white chocolate mocha and I was surprised to know that when I got to the window, the first time is on them. Free coffee to start my morning? Doesn’t get better than that. The girls that work here are so wonderful as well. Had such a great experience! Thanks Hannah! :)

They have good coffee and the staff is always wonderful!
My only major complaint and issue is on the nutritional value of certain items. A seemingly «healthy» small 16oz smoothie has enough sugar in one serving for the entire week.

I felt disgusting after drinking it. And I had a horrible sugar crash, and woke up with a headache the next day. I would avoid this beverage at all costs. I can only imagine given its close proximity to the schools, how many children are choosing this as a daily snack or lunch? This is why childhood obesity is a major epidemic.

Sonoma’s Dutch Bros is in a repurposed gas station/​mini-​mart. Unlike the Napa location, it’s got shaded outdoor seating… and it’s got beautiful views of Sonoma Mountain to the west&the Mayacamas range to the East. It’s right off the Sonoma Plaza. Even on a weekend, it’s not as chaotic as the nearby Starbucks and Peet’s. Unfortunately, their parking area isn’t well-​marked, but they have plenty of parallel parking along Highway 12.
The service is friendly&fast. They make a delicious 911 that blends their signature Irish crème (what would life be like without Irish crème?) with six shots of espresso. It’s perfect over ice, especially on a sweltering afternoon. Pleasant little place.

Their staff is super friendly! It was our first time trying it & it was on the house! I wish there was one near San Francisco.)-: The drive is always such a drag but it’s always worth it when I get my first sip of the iced annihilator.

This drive through/​walk up coffee shop is ideal for people on the go. My dad and I usually come here several times when I visit Sonoma.
Dutch Bros Coffee Shop employees truly want to know their customers by name and do a good job too.
Everyone at Dutch Bros knows my dad by name and greets him with a warm smile and a wonderful greeting, no matter what time of day it is. Typically by the time we get to the window the our custom Dub Shots are hot and ready to go and they say «heyyyyyyy Pierre, here are your shots, how are you… ect. ect, with enthusiasm and pizzazz. I really like this place and I know my Pops loves it!
Whether you’re in the mood for a nice cool beverage or a simple Dub Shot of espresso you can count on Dutch Bros Coffee to provide. Thank you for making each and every coffee pick up a great part of our day ! You All Rock!

Interesting reclamation of clearly what was a gas station and its mi i mart. Much more spacious than the normal Dutch Bros kiosk. Its only got the one drive up and the other side is a walk up window. They also have a seating area where the gas pumps used to be. Same friendly service while getting my large chai. Since it was a nice day we kicked it at the seating and watched the procession of caffeine seekers come through. This place is crazy busy. Guess we. Bring the party!
