Seemed like a slow day for our pourer Kevin. But he was nice enough to give us a 2 for 1 tasting at a sister tasting room Hawkes, which worked out for us since we were planning to check them out anyway. The wines here were okay, the Chardonnay was our favorite. Kevin seemed a little nervous or hurried while talking to us, but he knew his stuff and was trying to relate to us to make us feel comfortable.

Delicious, organic, biodynamic wine with great service and atmosphere! Fair price and a super friendly crew. Perfect date night. Ana was warm, welcoming, hospitable, and even offered free chocolates to boot. The taste of Sonoma flight was a good sampler of the local wines and we got a taste of the local history too! We look forward to coming here again.

Can’t beat the local flavor of this friendly wine tasting joint. The wine is delish and all from the Sonoma region and the staff is very knowledgable. Well worth checking out and relaxing while taking a stroll on the square.

Lovely patio off the main square of sonoma, quiet with a great breeze. Loved the Sauvignon blanc, we bought a bottle to take home. The tasting was fun, lighthearted and Hana was wonderful. We enjoyed hanging out there after food at somona cheese factory.

One of our local favorite winery tasting rooms to visit on the Plaza! Always fun, great service, warm and welcoming. As a Plaza merchant, I can confidently send guests to Envolve and know they will have an amazing time. As a local, I love to visit, get a glass of wine, sit on the outside patio and people watch on a Sunday afternoon. Do yourself a favor and visit them, whether you are a local or a guest of Sonoma Valley.

This was probably a second best tasting out of our four that we tried! The husband loved the atmosphere here cuz of its very laid back approach from their host/guide. Wines were pretty tasty and they were super helpful in describing the wines we were tasting. Also became members here haha! Thanks again Evolve for being super cool with us!

We stopped in on impulse while walking around the square downtown Sonoma. The staff was very friendly and did a great job describing each verital we sampled. It was 4th of July weekend so it was busy, but still a good experience.

Loved our experience here! The girl working was a pleasure and gave us so many recommendations about fun things to do in the area. I wish I got her name, but I believe it may have been Jen. We sat outside near the fountain which was beautiful and were greeted every few minutes with another delicious wine to try. We loved the bubbly & the rose most. They have life sized jenga which was really cool as well!

Wonderful tasting room in Downtown Sonoma! Sommelier was very sweet and friendly. We had a seat instead of having to stand at the bar, and she came to us. Sitting down away from the bar made the whole experience much more enjoyable and relaxing. We could really sip at our own pace without feeling the pressure to get on to the next pour. Started off with a memorable sparkling white, which was very crisp and fruity. All the wines were fantastic. Loved the décor, and they were playing really awesome music the entire time. I only wish it had been warmer so we could’ve sat outside. If you check-in on Unilocal, you can take advantage of a 2 for 1 tasting!

Danny helped my fiancé and I out today with a tasting and it was wonderful. A delicious variety of 6 wines for $ 15, we opted for an amazing Brie cheese as well that paired wonderfully. We both liked some more than others but that is to be expected. It was our first trip to Sonoma and I’m so glad we stopped into Envolve. Laid back atmosphere, no snotty attitude like some tasting rooms, where they expect you to know everything before you walk in. We picked up two bottles of the Sauvignon Blanc before we left(if you buy two bottles one of your tasting fees is waved) and were totally satisfied!

I really like this little botique winery off the square. Maybe because they have huge hearts and run Sonoma based charities to give back. Gotta love that! Producings Sparkling, Chard, Pinot and Sweet Rose, it’s a great stop to tasting on the square. Relaxed environment, easy to find, friendly staff and decent wines.

Pretty cool. Got to watch a quarter of the 49ers game while the young lady at the counter brought us different wines to try… yes, I will be back!

Great wines! We came in a little late so I think they were trying to close up, but were very nice about doing the tasting. The rose was amazing and we ended up bringing a bottle back! very nice tasting room with a good amount of area to spread out.

Beautiful experience. We were here for a private party, meet and greet preceding a relative’s wedding. would have Unilocaled this place sooner, but after all of that vino and Viansa headlining the next a.m. I had completely dismissed the name from my ever so rusty memory. Upon arrival(everyone was 21 and over) they greeted us with a healthy serving of champagne. From there you were prepared to mingle and after that once effervescent bubbly was polished off you were encouraged to taste a: Cab, Chard, Sauv and pinit noir. After your hefty taste of one or all they would offer up a glass of your choosing, again and again and again until your hearts content. It was an intimate, cozy yet spacious setting. I was certainly impressed by the eagerness of the sommeliers to educate without coming off as arrogant. They also made you feel as though they wanted you to drink their wine. I’ve sadly visited tasting rooms out of pure convenience before and they were less than welcoming and their experience rubbed off as condescending. Not this gem! I woul absolutely recommend Envolve. I would plan a girls get together here, or a business mixer, a company party, a petite charitable event even? Well, my best to Envolve, will return soon!

Envolve was decent. I went here based on a «recommendation» from two females(my wife and a friend) — they were with me and ultimately wanted to try out Envolve because of Ben. If you don’t know who Ben is, I won’t ruin for you — takes away some of the draw, in my opinion. But I digress… Service was pretty good. Our server(is that what the wine pourer people are called?) did an average job at explaining everything we were tasting. I wouldn’t say she was over the top and educated us on how wine was produced(like others we had been to that day), but she didn’t just pour and leave us to die, either. Atmosphere was somewhat upscale — sort of like a modern/preppy(maybe slightly pretentious?) wine bar. Pretty small area, but not bad. It’s located in downtown Sonoma so don’t expect to see rolling hill and vineyards — just a bar and a few tables.

At this point, I’ve been to a number of tastings in Sonoma and the Napa Valley and I have experienced good and bad service. At Envolve, it wasn’t a traditional tasting room in the midst of vineyards. The downtown area is just adorable and this place is a hidden gem. The day was beautiful and we sat outside. The man who helped us was really friendly and fun, offering a tasting aside from what was on their typical tastings to match our varying tastes. I can’t remember exactly everything that we had but there were 5 tastings total and they were all nice. The patio is cute and there were lots of dogs and other people walking around.

It’s located in the Sonoma square down the alley of some lovely tasting rooms and shops. This is «Bachelor Ben’s» tasting room. It was okay. After a full day of touring wineries, caves and gran tasting rooms, this was lovely but nothing over the top. It is a nice, relaxed spot with some good wine but it almost has a feel of a hotel lobby, which isn’t a bad thing, just not what you really look for in Wine Country, in my humble opinion. The ladies working were lovely and informed us of our tasting flight. We just stood at the bar but the seating was very cute and welcoming with great colors and lovely pillows. There is even a more private nook with board games and a TV. It’s a very small quaint place and a nice stop.
