Seriously with the prices? Staff was legit and selection was decent. Can’t gouge much harder.

Seems like the place is a front for a business that uses the things the store sells. My first experience started out a little strange until the person behind the counter started helping me. He was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, he sold me the only T5 fixture in the store which happened to be 1 36″ fixture that I was told came with the bulbs. Two problems: 1) it didn’t come with the bulbs, and 2) getting bulbs for that fixture is difficult. (I am a novice. I made that clear upfront.) Two days after opening the already opened box with parts floating around inside, I asked them to take the fixture back. (Granted, I screwed up and recycled the box) They would not so much as return my call. And when I called them, they used the excuse that it didn’t have a box so they couldn’t take it back. Seems to me that a simple restock fee might have been appropriate, perhaps ask their distributor to provide another box. But, they chose no compromise over my future business.
My advice, go elsewhere.
