I have lived in Sonoma for 20 years and I have been coming to this Subway Sandwich place since it has opened. Today is my last time. If the store’s air conditioner is not on the fritz then it is usually the bread oven or the soda machine. Frequently they have basic bread not available and things are frequently not stocked. I can only compare this to the subway on Broadway, where these things are never a problem. But I am not going to drive to the Broadway store. I am going across the street to McDonald’s from now on where they have a delicious Artisan Chicken Breast Sandwich, they have air conditioning and a soda machine that can be fixed by employees if it is broke.

Horrible. Out of tuna everytime I go. Been to over 50 different subway franchises, and this one is the only one I have ever encountered that is out of a main ingredient. Will never go again.

Super slow as there was only 1 lady making sandwiches as the other 2 dudes in the back were being total slap dicks and not helping her out. 1 db was too worried about clocking out with zero regards to the line of customers. What happened to this younger generation of lazy ass kids!?’?! 3 stars for the 1 lady working hard to keep up…

One star is too kind for this place, but zero stars was not an option.
Staffed with some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in the service industry. Subway is a pox on our town.
I had to send my pastrami sandwich back because it was heaped with uncooked blobs of fat that had made a round in the microwave. Wouldn’t serve it to a hungry dog.
Avoid this filthy place with their rude, inattentive staff.
Overall, a disgusting and dirty romp in the bottom of the barrel of corporate sandwich shops.

Standard subway food. Watch your bill. They charge more than the menu says. When I caught that, I asked Paco, the cashier, who tried to tell me it was the tax. When I showed they charge $ 4.65 for a 6″ tuna compared to the price on their menu of $ 4.50, he picked a quarter up and threw it at me!

This rating is for Saturday nights only.
Great girl works solo this nite, I get great service, a bigger than usual sandwich, with no hassles associated with most other subways.
Bread is always fresh.
Great place to eat prior to being ripped off at the restaurants on the sonoma square. This way you are full and can get a $ 20.- appetizer to save the other $ 100+ you would get ripped for on the square.
