City Cab

Unprofessional and creepy drivers. Not calling these guys again.

After a fun night at one of Ironstone’s concerts, we got back to our motel in Angels Camp and decided we were hungry. Not much available in Angels at 11:30 PM, but there was a McDonald’s. After getting directions from a cab driver, Kristina from City Cab, who happened to be at our motel, we decided to walk there, only half a mile. After walking about halfway, the cab pulled up and said she’d take us the rest of the way. We were thankful because it was really dark and there were no sidewalks. We discovered the dining room at McD’s was closed, so she took us through the drive-​thru. She also wanted coffee, so we ordered her coffee. Then she drove us back to our motel, where I promptly left my phone in her cab. Duuhhh! After a call to the cab company, Kristina was back in a few minutes to deliver my phone.
I know, long story. But, it shows the level of customer service that some people are willing to go to make someone else’s experience just that much better.
