UGGG… Would give a zero if available. Do yourself a favor and find a qualified service provider that values it’s customers!

AWFUL — I shipped them a Xerox Phaser 8560DN — I paid them their invoice to supposedly repair it — then the printer they said was repaired did not look like the original printer I sent them. I believe I received a totally different printer — I called them over 20 times and they kept re-assuring me they would ship me my correct printer — They are doing nothing to fix their mistake. Like it doesnt even matter — the printer they shipped me just broke and will not feed any sheets to print. I’m buying me a new printer from Costco and — I am calling XEROX direct and make sure they are taken off any future endorsed repair center. DONOTDOANYBUSINESS with these people — DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHESEPEOPLE DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHESEPEOPLE DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHESEPEOPLE you’ll be sorry.

This is a great company to work with I have never had 1 problem with a repair every printer I send in had come back fixed and correct and has lasted more than 4 yrs It seems odd from my experience why other people rated 1 star when I have had nothing but good luck!

We purchased a used printer from Quality Printers. When the printer arrived, it was faded and scratched… not at all in any resale condition. I packed the product up and shipped it back to the company in the same packaging it was sent it. When quality printers received our package, they said it was badly damaged, thus they couldn’t issue a refund. They claimed the printer was poorly packaged upon arrival. When we asked for proof, they wouldn’t provide any evidence regarding how the package was received. We filed a UPS claim… the UPS team stopped by three times and were told the box wasn’t ready for inspection. We had to then arrange a site visit for UPS to see the package since Quality Printers wasn’t complying. I will never use this company again! They avoid our calls, emails and are just in the business to scam people.

Planned Obsolescence! I purchased a «refurbished» HP portable printer from Quality and it lasted approximately one week past the 90 day warranty period. It then spewed ink all over the rug and would only print dashes. I unsuccessfully tried all the suggested fixes on the internet. When I called Quality Printers, I was told that my warranty had elapsed but that a tech support person would call me and see what could be done. Despite numerous calls from me requesting the promised call from the tech support person all I got was«we are understaffed», «he is out to lunch», and«he went home early». Do yourself a favor… buy new from a reputable company with real technical support. It was an expensive and frustrating lesson I learned the hard way.
