Enjoyed stopping by this very busy popular restaurant. Had the salmon steak(It was delicious) along with the chocolate cake dessert. I shared it with my son, it was huge we could hardly finish our dinner. The wait staff was great. I don’t drink beer but it sure does look like they have a lot to offer in that area. The only negative is it’s very echoey and hard to hold a conversation across the table.

Food is great and always consistent. I enjoy the burgers and their sweet potato fries are the best. Servers are sweet and on top of things.

Had a work party here and remembered why I’m not a fan of this place. Many of our group ordered burgers and more then half of them came back super rare to the point that we sent them all back(really!?) If the food was cooked correctly and they didn’t over chili pepper everything on the menu then maybe I could recommend them.

Fun food with a little bit of kick. Pastas, sandwiches, soups, salads, and local desserts make this place a decent place for lunch or dinner. The area does get loud at times, but overall it’s an enjoyable experience.

We had a very long stretch of not visiting the area(6+ years), but we knew when we were in the area we had to eat here! The food was as fabulous as we remembered, service was great-attentive and fast. My husband loves the Jambalaya and I get the Peppery soup with my entrée every time. Really great place that clearly maintains quality over time. Get there early! When we were leaving there was a line out the door!

Love this place! This is our must stop place when we are headed home from our long day of snowboarding at dodge ridge. I always order their Steak and Avocado Salad. All their salad dressings are delicious. The ranch vinaigrette is delicious. The raspberry vinaigrette is scrumptious. Their dishes are deliciously consistent. They always have a line so be prepared to wait during peak times. Our average wait time from 5pm-7 pm is about 30 minutes. Worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!

We found this place as we drove by just looking for somewhere to eat with our two kids. We were so happy this is where we chose to stop. The food was amazing. Even the chicken nuggets from the kids menu was delicious(yup I snuck a bite). I had the tri tip sandwich and it was delish!!! It was enough to feed me for two meals. Great value for such good food. The place wasn’t busy but the waitress seemed to disappear for a little while. Overall very happy and if we are ever in the area again I’m sure we will return.

What a delightful experience. We were seated quickly and the food selection was too good to narrow your choice down to just one! Our waitress Stephanie kept the water glasses full and was so speedy! We plan to come back tomorrow for lunch.

I’ve been here several times and have never been too impressed. It’s fairly expensive and just not worth the price in my opinion

Two of us went for lunch last week. We started with the jalapeño poppers which were outstanding! They were super spicy and were filled with pepper jack cheese. I had a bowl of the BEST Gumbo I have ever had. It had a ton of shrimp, andoulle sausage, okra, peppers, in a delicious broth. I would SO get this again. Friend got the Tri-tip fajita salad and she LOVED it. She ordered the small size and it was more than enough! It had plenty of steak, diced mango, green and red peppers with cilantro-sour cream dressing. Topped with slices of avocado. All in all, it was a great lunch for sure.

Had dinner tonight on our way through Sonora. Service, fantastic. Waitress, fantastic. Food C– I had BBQ tri –tip. Meat was tough. BBQ sauce extremely spicy. Fries delicious. Husband had hot pastrami, meat very dry(Note to chef, by smoothening sandwhich in cheese does not make it less dry) The 3 stars are for the service and the great waitress we had. We didn’t know her name but she was very attentive, personable and had a very sweet smile. If your interested in beer and sports on TV the bar had every seat taken…

We stopped here, because Gus’s was closed –it was Sunday. We were seated very quickly, we had 8 people in our group. Our waitress attended to us rather quickly and I noticed she wasn’t writing down any of our orders– I had some very picky eaters in my group that ordered their meals in a very complicated manner. She repeated our orders back to us and we still weren’t sure about how our food would arrive. Well, everything was exactly as ordered. I had the peppery burger with fries and this burger was really good, well done and the produce was fresh. The fries were real potatoes with potato skin on them and they weren’t greasy. My husband ordered gumbo, which he didn’t say he liked or disliked. My daughter had the Cajun chicken fettuccine– she really liked it, she said it was way better than the dish they serve at Chili’s. I only gave 4 ‘s because the place itself looks really nice from the outside, however the inside really needs to be updated and I didn’t like the back room we were seated in. The menu could use some updating as well. Costumer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place and I will return!

Pretty decent food, especially for Sonora. Before I was vegetarian I always ordered their cheese steak, super great. Their fries are beyond fabulous. And the pasta selection is very good, highlights include the cajun chicken *without chicken for me.* Very much love this place, always will. Also, if you like spice, get the jalepeno poppers. Crazy good.

Stopped in to eat with 2 of my girlfriends on a Thursday evening. One of my friends had a broken foot and was in an aircast. There were several empty tables, as well as a couple of corner booths available. When we asked if we could have the booth so our friend could elevate her foot, we were told that those booths were only for parties of 5 or more. We sat and waited for 20 minutes for a regular booth. The entire time that we were there, they never sat anyone in those 2 large booths. In fact, but the time we were done eating, the place was rather deserted. Our server was very attentive and was very good. No complaints there. The food wasn’t as good as I hoped. We all ordered the special, Pollo Con Fettuccine. Rather bland, skimpy on the mushrooms, and dinner bread. Side salad(lettuce, tomato, cucumber) was an additional $ 4.95. All in all, I wasn’t impressed, and if I never go back, it will be OK. Sorry Peppery, your hostess and quality of food needs improvement.

Strike 1: empty dining room so she seats us next to the gross kitchen hallway. Silly hostess! Strike 2: my iced tea glass has a big gross goober stuck to it. Silly waitress! Strike 3: waitress doesn’t ask how to cook the burger; she just brings it overdone and dry. Silly! Bonus: in spite of claims to the contrary, ingredients not in fact fresh at all. Bacon bits from a bag, not cool. A fine place to drink beer and watch sports I suppose but skip the food.

We were a HUGE group of rowdy roller derby girls come in for dinner. Our server was Sarah and she was incredible. She gave each and every one of us the best service. I really hope she made a bunch of cash tips from us because we loved her. Thanks Sarah! She also split our bills. There was literally 25 of us. Who does that? Sarah, that’s who. The food was tasty and perfect for after a day of roller derby.
