There is a worker there named Lisa and she is so incredibly rude and the reason I will never go to togos again. It sucks because I really really enjoy togos. She’s constantly shouting at you to repeat the order because she’s walking around the counter trying to find mindless tasks so she won’t have to make your sandwich and by the time she runs out of tasks she’s going to ask you again. Then it gets way crowded and someone who is actually great at there job, like Richard, has to pick up all the slack. And if she does do your sandwich, it’s completely wrong and you just wonder how she got it wrong after asking 5 times. She also will let you know how complicated your«meat, cheese, and bread» order is. I think they should give that position to someone who will do the tasks at hand instead of finding ways around it. Or at least someone who smiles…

Turkey and avocado on wheat, $ 8.75 for the large. The whole wheat roll was not very good and that overwhelmed whatever else was going on. Next time — back to the pastrami Reuben on white.

Dirty sandwich place. The soda tastes bad. The employees are dirtier than most construction workers after a hard days work. The music is so loud you have to repeat your order many times. It is really hard for them to make your order right. I love togos but hate this location. Go anywhere else!

I am a Togo’s fan and pretty much only get the pastrami sandwich whenever I go to one. There is really not too much else to say about a fast food chain, but here it goes. The staff at this location is always friendly and I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get my food. The place is clean the food is good and that is really all that I have to say about that.

First off, I called our local Togos to see if they are participating in the $ 5 wrap special and the lady that answered the phone was rude and just said no(disappointed that our Togos isn’t participating in this, I would have spent a fortune and my daughter and I would have gone a bunch of times!) But that didn’t detere us, it’s a hit and miss(mostly miss) there but we risked it. Too bad. Just went there(6:30pm) on a Sunday night. There was one person in front of us and two people working. When me and my daughter first walked in, none of the two women acknowledged us. Then after waiting around 7 or 8 minutes of completely being ignored we left and went to Subway. The two ladies that were working looked dirty and we oblivious and inconsiderate of the waiting customers. VERYVERYDISAPPOINTING. Wont go back!

Call ahead and have your sandwich ready. We hit this place with a big group and it took a while. Staff had a good attitude and the food is fresh. Out favorites are a 24 on sourdough and a 9 on white. If you take your food to go… there is no tax unless you take chips and a drink(snack tax)! Always looking to save a little.

Worst Togos I’ve ever been to. The food seems to be decent, but the employees are incompetent. I’ve never tried to get the same sandwich 4 times in a row and have it wrong every time– until I started going to this Sonora Togos. A signature sandwich with everything on it seems like the easiest order around, not for these people. If you do go to this Togos, I recommend you repeat your order two or three times, and check it before you leave.

Two nice young men were making the sandwiches while we were there on Sunday 8÷3÷14. Both were very engaging and made two great sandwiches. I ordered my typical regular sized turkey/cheese on sourdough toasted and loaded w/all the veggies, mustard, and blk pepper. The guy put the right amount of blk pepper on my sandwich– I love that stuff! My boyfriend ordered the reuben on white– not toasted but he wished it would have been– there’s always next time. Remember to check-in on Unilocal before ordering so you can take advantage of the free soda. Nice outdoor seating options, the bathroom door wasn’t locking properly– hopefully that will be fixed asap– it was clean.

I eat here about three times a month. Can’t get enough. Might get a not so good sandwich once every dozen times. But still taste good enough to eat.

We stopped by here during lunch hour. The staff was wonderful and the sandwiches were awesome! I love the roast beef with au jus on Parmesan bread.

Good sandwiches, especially the pastrami, if you can get past the sloppy appearance of some the servers.

I wish I could give them NO stars :(The owner has chosen to lower the standards of Togo’s! Green roast beef, AND Frozen bread! Yumm-O. I have been going to Togo’s in Santa Clara since I have been old enough to eat lol. I am so upset that my local Togo’s is disgusting! Complained to Corporate and no response. We are screwed because the nearest Togo’s is 60 miles away. I will never go back to this one unless I get a personal phone call telling me that they changed the nasty roast beef!

I worked at Togo’s number two so I always like to go into these and see what’s changed.(a lot has changed btw) This branch served up some great sandwiches, custom made to our order. It’s easy to find and there is plenty of parking.

We stopped by here to get sandwiches since Togos has the best pastrami sandwiches. The bread is fresh and soft and not airy like other places. The service fast and friendly. We would return if ever in the area.
