What a great place to train! They offer a wide variety of classes for all ages and experience levels. Also, I can say that the students and instructors are the nicest, most welcoming people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. It’s a very positive, supportive atmosphere and I always enjoy my time there. Also, I’m an older guy so I’m there to train for fun and fitness. Whether you’re like me, or you want to compete like some of the other students, this is the place.

Im a total beginner and out of shape looking for some arobic activitiy in the area and was really happy with my experience at Farleys. The facility is very clean and has such a friendly environment. I really enjoyed Janettes Saturday morning Kickboxing classes and was relieved that it is for all levels. She is very considerate, motivating, and her method keeps your heart rate up at a consistant pace. They also let you try out the class for free the first time so if youre not sure about it there’s nothing to lose except some calories. :D

I’ve been training here for years. This is by far the best gym in Santa Cruz. It has the best instructors, cleanest facilities, huge mat area, a full sized boxing ring, and even a whole weight room upstairs! A huge variety of classes to learn martial arts. All levels are welcome. Everyone has different goals. Come in if you want to get in shape, learn martial arts, or become a fighter.
MMA, Kickboxing, Muy Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, and tons of fitness classes!

I think Farley’s is great. The gym is clean and nicely set up, and the instructors are very clear when teaching techniques, and attentive to everyone.

just started at farley’s gym doing the kick-​boxing class and i have to say… what a place to be at 6:30am! people there are all smiles and super motivated! mr. farley himself is wonderful very kind and really works with you individually to your comfort level. can’t wait till my next class and i highly recommend this place to others!

Top notch facility. Excellent for all ages and all levels. They have everything you need. Instructors are very knowledgeable and have tremendous experience. Classes are taught very well, and no one is skipped over.

Facility is top notch. This is a true fighting gym. If you are looking for contact training or just the best cardio workout there is, look no further. Knowledgeable, impressive staff. I would recommend this to anyone, all ages.
