Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin Robbins

I am in this area weekly and have gone to this DD for years. The lady on the drive thru intercom is SUPER difficult to understand but my order has always been correct. A real nice guy named Ray used to be the owner but I haven’t seen him in a long time. The man who is at the drive thru now is the most RUDE son of a bitch. Never says thank you. Get with the program buddy. Thank your American customers. I’m the reason you have a job.

Commuting this was one of the only DD on my way and I love my DD latte without sugar, only caramel, lite ice and whipped cream. Do you think they could ever get that right?! Nope!
You’re lucky if you can understand the girl on the drive thru intercom, with the deep jungle accent like she just came out of the bush. Effing Horrible. It is sooo bad. and so hard to understand. It makes no sense that you put the girl with the most horrid, strong Indian accent on the drive thru intercom! As for making your drinks, it does not get much worse. From my countless bad experiences, I have come to the conclusion that they will put ANYTHING in the cup that they feel like… it doesn’t matter. They are from India, frickin’ puddlewater in your cup is acceptable there. Really!
Once I was waiting and waiting and waiting at the drive thru menu order spot and nobody responded, early afternoon. Slow time. so I drive around to the window, and the girl is on the phone, with who knows. She saw me at the window and was so into the phone call, she didn’t even care. I banged on the window hoping someone could help me, but apparently she was the only one there and she came over only to tell me she was on the phone with her boss. right! I complained to DD corporate. nobody cared, no response!
I’ve had latte’s here that were made with only milk and caramel, no espresso!.. continually they will screw up your order! It really sucks because each large iced latte is about 5 $. The brownies and cookies in the window are usually stale. I’ve had a muffin once, also stale.
Places like this actually make me appreciate Starfux, where they make your drinks right!
The only time you get decent service and drinks made right is when you have one of the young American hs kids working, who actually understand how to make a proper latte, etc.
Avoid this DD at all costs! Suck it up. you don’t need coffee lol…
If any other coffee shop were to open up nearby, with half decent service, this DD would be killed so fast…

Best DD in the area! Super clean. Super fresh. Friendly /​Competent staff (especially owners/​morning/​afternoon crew). Coffee if ALWAYS hot and freshly brewed. I’m headed there now!
