Friendly people. However, got my suit fitted and prepped for alterations and when done it didn’t fit correctly. They charged me to correct the alterations. I don’t see this as good business practice and won’t be coming back in the future.

I came in looking for an executive tie and saw one on display that was paisley– I asked about it while checking out and the associate jumped on the shirt rack to get it and even offered to make it executive priced. Totally happy and pleased. Got what I wanted and great customer service. Thank u!

I’ve been to this location numerous times to buy clothes and return some. Each time has been a good to great experience.
Buying clothes — A pretty good selection for a not very large store. I can normally find what I need. They do have «Kohl’s Syndrome» where you never buy something which isn’t on sale. If I need something and it isn’t on sale, I can wait another couple days and it will be on sale. Store attendants help with style when I ask as well.
Returning clothes — I had an unknown laundry accident where three shirts and two pairs of pants from this store were ruined. They exchanged the clothes for me without any argument even though I went in expecting to pay for the replacements. Great service. eBay style A+++++++.
If I had improvements for the store it would be they have more shoes and a bigger store wouldn’t be a bad thing. Also, I have small feet and I don’t think they carry shoes in my size. Overall though, a store I enjoy and recommend.

So stupidly I forgot my belt & cuff links at home. So when out to dinner what did I spy, but a mens clothes store. So convenience was the key for me here.
I am in general not a fan of these stores. They have pushy sales people and they always go on and on about sales. So as usual there was a 60% off deal with the catch I had to give them my email address. Needless to say they got a bogus email and I got my 60% off their inflated regular prices to bring the cost down to what it would have been at any other store I gone to. So I win, they made a sale and I suppose everyone is happy.
