I like jimmy johns, just not this location. They used to deliver to my workplace no problem till I complained that their was dirt in my soda. Every since then, they came up with an excuse why they don’t deliver to my location anymore. Well that’s BS. They deliver past my workplace all the time yet won’t deliver to me anymore. Talk about holding a grudge lol

This is an outstanding Jimmy John’s location. I visit dozens of Jimmy John’s locations all over Indiana and this is my favorite. The employees are friendly and enthusiastic and the sandwiches are always excellent.

When you call the location on Main st. The phone goes to voice mail. So you call these guys and they tell you that Main st location is having phone problems. They then say they will contact the manager of that store but will not give you his info to contact yourself.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERICE AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Want a sandwich. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I want to add another ½ star, but can’t.
Friendly in your face JJ that’s continues to make my order wrong. Yes, I have — this and + that on my regular sub, but I switched to a different one to help them out and it’s still wrong. Come on guys… love the sandwiches, but the FREAKY fast = freaking wrong!
Do something to improve, please. I want to come back.
