Haven’t even gotten our food yet and I am already extremely unimpressed. Been here for 30 minutes and no one has bothered to wash the cluster of dirty glasses congregated at the corner of the bar. Not the manager, not the bartender, not the servers. Terrible display.

Incompetent manager that refuses to sit parties because the kitchen is backed up. It’s Saturday at 6pm and your restaurant is half empty, this is unreasonable and unacceptable. We were quoted an hour and 15 minutes for a table. The manager was personally running food from the kitchen to tables and every time she brought one out she would tell the hostesses to sit the next table. What’s funny was the hostesses appeared as mystified at what was going on as I was.

Stopped here on our way home from picking up our daughter from college for Christmas break. Walked in at 8:10 p.m. and had several employees walk past the hostess station and just look at us. They then proceeded to argue over who was going to seat us. After finally getting a table, we had at least 4 servers walk past our table without even acknowledging us. Finally I just raised my hand and started waiving my arm until someone stopped and took a drink order which never came, along with the assurance that our server would be sent to our table. After she walked away the party seated next to us wished us luck if we had their server. After another 10 minutes of servers walking back and forth, and even clearing the table behind us, without any other acknowledgement,(and still no drinks) we decided to leave. At that point we walked out past the hostess station with a manager and server standing there, and not even a «Have a good night» or «Was there a problem?». Poor customer service and very unprofessional! First time trying Logans, and we will not be back.

My family and I ate here on a Sunday evening to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We made a reservation for a party of 10. The restaurant was dead. After our party was seated we waited 15 minutes without a single member of the waitstaff speaking to us. We had to approach the hostess stand to request a server. The server who finally came to take our order said that no one knew who was supposed to have our table. We decided to order everything since we had already waited so long. It took another 15 minutes for the server to bring our drinks. It basically went downhill from there. Steaks were not cooked as ordered, the server would only stand on one side of the table and have us pass everything down, etc. It was not until after we were halfway done with our meals that our server told us that she was caught up and she was then much more attentive. We have been going to Logan’s for years, but we will not be returning to this location. The Mishawaka location has much better service.

This is so not about the food! Forget the food. Let’s talk about the fact that my husband and I are an interracial couple and how we walked into an empty restaurant — I literally mean NO one was in there yet they found it appropriate to sit us all the way in the back of the restaurant where no one could see us! This is 2015 people White men do ask Black women to marry them and we do say yes!

Ok I hate to give a bad review but I want people to save there money for good service I live about one mile from Logan’s went a lot when they where a younger restaurant the service keeps getting worse each time we go so am saying goodbye to them I have gave them plenty of chances to do us right we went in there last week with a smile on our face but walked out very upset we sat down there no bread no peanuts and no service for 40 minute so we got up and walked out and went to Texas where we got bread and peanuts and and are food right away we will never go back to Logan’s again

WORST restaurant ever! We have had 2 bad incidents withing a month. I knew we shouldn’t of gone back after the first horrible encounter, but my husband used to like that sante fe talipia. First incident — we all sat at a the bar, as finding a clean table for 5 wasn’t happening anytime soon, even though all the tables, including the big corner tables, were empty and covered in old dirty dishes. Apparently its not policy to clean up after tables leave. The bartender was extremely flustered, though I have no idea why, since it was only the 5 of us and a few stragglers sitting at the bar. After waiting over 40mins, only 1 of us got the correct order, the other 4 of us got something totally different from what we ordered, and it tasted cold and dry, like it was sitting under the head lamp for days. But we have all worked in food service previously, and feel that everyone has bad days, so we didn’t complain. Upon receiving our tabs, which were a total mess, we gave the bartender our forms of payment, and I have no idea how this happened but she made a total mess of things. Its almost like she tossed everything in the air and matched up cards/cash/checks.. . example — our debit card was charged 3 times, for 3 different amounts, she combined payments, doubled payments, etc. To this day I have no idea how that big of a screw up was even possible. Now to the most recent experience, it was just 2 of us this time, so maybe things would be better. We once again are forced to sit at the bar top, and upon seeing the SAME horrible bartender, we cringe, but since we put our name in for a table, hoped that we would be seated before the bartender could screw things up. But unfortunately, that was NOT the case. She started to take our drink order and after I started talking she walked away. We waited for almost 20mins until she came back to get our drink order, we never received any rolls, or any other acknowledgement from the staff who seemed to ignore any happenings in the bar. I began to notice other disgruntled dinners at the bartop, as the people next to us scribbled a note on a napkin and walked out, leaving a pile of cash, which the bartender was quick to grab up, after they left, saying«I hope they left enough». We finally were able to place a food order, and it seemed our bartender/server, didn’t really pay attention to us as we stated what we wanted. We start to notice people at the bar tables, coming and going, and yet we are still waiting for our food. After waiting over 55mins, we ask our bartender/server if our food was coming, and she gives us the flustered look, runs back to the kitchen, and comes back with 2 large salads. Neither one of us ordered salads.. . We asked for our tab for drinks and left. Never going back.

Food was ok, sweet potato was burnt, server did not come around and ask if we wanted a refill. Also had to ask for specials guess they don’t really want you to have them.

Polite waitress and prompt service! The place looked cool and had peanuts at the table. My dad got the ribs and I ordered pork chops. My dad was happy with his food but he and I agreed they pork chops were to heavily seasoned and tough. The Mac and cheese I ordered was runny and bland but the veggie skewer was good. The manager was more then polite and removed the food from our bill. I doubt I’ll try it again though…

This is our go-to place for a quick steak dinner. Only once have we had a server issue, and he’s never been around again. Must have had plenty of people complain! Every other server we’ve had here has been excellent. A few times, we’ve thought the wait was a little long for our entrees, but the manager comped part of our bill without us even mentioning it since there had been some kind of issue in the kitchen. They really value a repeat customer! The prices are right, and we eat there often.
