Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott

My mom and I stayed here over the past weekend for our family reunion. Let me just say that the ENTIRE staff at this hotel was awesome with their customer service. I have to shout out Janet & Delilah who were simply phenomenal! They offered the best customer service, even offered my sister and brother who didn’t stay at the hotel to come and swim with me at the pool with no charge. They found out my mom was diabetic and even told me if she needed anything during the night if her sugar dropped to come and ask for orange juice and anything else they had that would help such as a snack. I also witnessed them working with other guest and they received the same exact care and concern. They told my mom and I about local spots that had great food and good prices. When we checked out, I left them both notes of gratitude and a small token. I was told to email the general manager which I did to let him know that he has the best staff ever! I will recommend this hotel to anyone and won’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in the area! Great Job ladies & gentlemen at the Fairfield Inn South Boston… YOU ROCK!

Just to be accurate… Five stars is not saying this is a five star resort like JW Martiott. But for its category, this facility is top notch.
