Booked an appointment online, sent all of my insurance information via the quikdoc web portal, and booked a next day apt.
Total time for the entire process from appointment to paperwork to a contact/​glasses exam was under an hour. Dr. Farra and Wink is a great addition to Southie!

Booked an appointment online, was seen the same day, showed up 15 minutes early, and was waited on immediately. Dr. Farra was patient and answered all of my questions. Process was as easy as could be!

This is a great practice. Dr Farra is very nice and takes the time to do a full assessment. I feel I got far better advice at Wink than in previous practices I went to. The entire staff is very nice and very helpful. Very modern place, good selection of product.

This place is great and Dr. Farra was wonderful during my exam (which I was 15 minutes late for due to traffic but everyone was very understanding and kind about it even though I know what a wrench this can throw into the schedule). Amy was so helpful picking out my frames since I am utterly clueless when it comes to what works for my face shape etc I didn’t feel rushed at all… Dr. Farra even came out and wanted to weigh in on the options (I went with the Jimmy Choo’s and love them!) I highly recommend them!

So glad Dr Farra is back in South Boston. She gives a very thorough and complete eye exam in a congenial and friendly manner. The office staff is efficient and very professional and the office itself is modern, clean with a great selection of frames.

I got my eyes examined at Wink last week and the boutique is great! I called last minute and got a great appointment time. The doctor was fantastic and didn’t make me feel rushed or like she was trying to hurry yet didn’t drag it out either! Loved her personality! They have a great selection of frames wether you want something a little higher end or if you want a more casual option. The space is beautiful, VERY clean and they take most insurances! I will defiantly be a returning customer to Wink!. The receptionist and vision wear consultant are super sweet ladies so please give Wink a try!

This new addition to East Broadway is fantastic. Dr. Farra and Amy are so great — I thought that I was hard to fit for contacts but Dr. Farra had all of the new lenses and was able to give my eyes a new lease on life. Amy — is so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to make sure that i got the best options for glasses and contacts with my insurance. they also have great options and the best brands for glasses — check them out
