Came here for an accent table but ended up getting distracted like always. I did not know they were selling a range of Shiseido and Clinique skincares. The Clinique even better dark spot corrector normally goes for $ 60 – 70 but it was discount here for $ 35 – 50. Where were these when I was buying them?! But this is also the first time I’m looking around the cosmetic/skincare area. There were also Lamcome makeup sets and Burberry body wash set. Pretty decent deal but not practical. All cosmetic items are actually older trend(make sense). This Marshall compared to other ones is kind of small but clean. But there isn’t much decent stuff on this one, especially the furniture and organizer section was pretty emptied out by this time of the year for some reason. Other than that, a marshal is a marshal. It’s a hit or mess. Service here is OK. The staff aren’t exactly informative and unless you hunt someone down, they won’t exactly come help you on their behalf. A huge half-empty parking lot is always a plus.

Horrible, horrible experiences here. Call me stupid for coming back each time but I am just repeatedly disappointed by not only the condition of the store itself but also the quality of customer service. The whole store is usually a mess and it’s such a chore to go through everything and find what I need. Although I will say that the prices here are optimal for the same products I can find in high-end stores, these products are usually faulty and factory defects. Let me speak about the customer service now. My mother bought an All-Clad skillet for $ 100+(it was marked down on clearance) here a week ago. It was, for her, an impulsive purchase as she did not need yet another skillet. Consequently, she asked me to return it for her the next day. I went to the same store the next day and tried to return it, along with a bra for my friend because it was the wrong size(I bought it for her; she wasn’t there to try it on), which I bought at another location. The male cashier had to refer to his«manager» for an approval because he return would be over $ 100. This«manager» was a young, pimply teenage-looking girl with the attitude that comes with being a teenager. She checked the skillet, which admittedly had scratches on the bottom, but I thought this was the reason it was on sale. She told me that she would not be able to refund me because it had been«used». I’m sorry? A skillet that was just purchased LASTNIGHT has been used to the point where there are multiple deep scratches on the bottom? Perhaps a career as a psychic is more promising for you rather than being a store«manager». She then looked at the bra, which had a small black marker ink-looking stain inside the cup I hadn’t noticed before. How does one’s breast secrete black ink to stain the inside of a bra? Impossible that it came from the markers the store employees use to cross out brand names on tags, if you may have noticed, right? This person continued to say«I’m sorry… I don’t know how they sold it to you but this looks worn!» with a giggle at the end. «Shepherd of Judea,» I thought in my head, «control me and hold my tongue.» I was so angry! How they sold it to me? They sold it to me better than you’re refunding this shit to me right now. Unbelievable. Not everyone may agree with this, but aren’t customers USUALLY right? Wouldn’t you rather sell an already beaten up skillet for $ 100 and have it returned, sell it for a lower price of perhaps $ 85 than to undermine your initial customer’s word? And maybe your boobs make black stains in your bras but that sounds like a personal problem. I am never coming back here(unless my mother makes me).

Typical Marshall’s. Parking lot is big. Located next to Superior Groceries. Pretty clean and organized. I like it since it is so close to my house.

l find good stuffs from Marshalls. The store sells big brands from off the market, with good price. I like to check out their home decors(table lamps & design cups), woman pants and handbags. The check out line is quick.

This location is actually pretty unusual. Not the best location, next to a grocery. On the few occasions I’ve visited I haven’t been impressed by their inventory, which is seriously lacking in quality and quantity. They do seem to have a larger inventory or discounted and clearance items, but not a lot to sift through and on more than one occasion I leave empty-handed.

Nothing in this store is good. The prices are probably even higher then Walmart. Everything is scattered beyond belief. At one point I saw a table full of items. A sign in front states $ 6 yet everything on the table has a price tag over $ 30. The only reason why this place gets a star is because Unilocal makes me give one minimum. Don’t shop here

I’ve been to many marshalls in my day but i must say that this is probably the nicest one i’ve been too. I dont mean nice as in its so glamorous, or their stock of items are better. I mean that the place is really kept nice and clean because at most stores their are clothes thrown all over the place. I came here on friday night when it was really busy and there was a lot of employees on the floor helping me out. They were all really nice. I love shopping here too cause the quality of their clothes are really good and the prices are so cheap.
