Ordered online & my sister got there to my order«lost.» was supposedly remade. when she got home, I checked the order & it was evidently not remade the wings and fries were both hard as rocks & couldn’t even stick my fork in. It’s less then a 5 min drive to my house. take your money elsewhere unless you want to be eating fossils

Horrible service. We waited over 30mins for our order and paid over $ 40. Received 15 wings when we ordered 35. Thank goodness I didn’t trust them and checked order before we left

Arriving here last night, this favorable location surely hit me w/a good first impression for the reason that I was friendly welcomed. It wasn’t the best go-to wing place considering the high price, three-star food, & very minimum space. The vibe & environment are very positive, decent noise-level, & sanitary; the customers & employees are delighted. The person taking our order was no doubt friendly, happy to do his job, & politely taking our one hell of a complicated order. Overall, my first experience here was great, received 100% of my order with nothing ought to be missing, & I was content & satisfy w/my meal.

Horrible horrible horrible HORRIBLE!!! I can’t believe the service here. The supervisor had thee nastiest attitude. I really which I got her name but low and behold, she had no name tag. Convenient huh? Extremely rude. Look, I work in food service and I understand it can be stressful but don’t take it out on your customers and don’t give us dirty looks. We ordered 75 wings and came home with 50, when we were reassured EVERYTHINGISINTHEBAG. Tried to type it in the tone it was said in… Anyway we got it resolved… Got our wings while our other wings are getting cold. When asked the managers name, she couldn’t tell us because she was«too busy to answer us.» Anyways if you want a horrible service on a Saturday night, I highly recommend this place. The young man that answered the phone was really nice. He should be manager!

I had to give my order twice because he didn’t understand I wanted the 60 cent special and thought I wanted some sort of combo. They forgot 10 of our wings and when I went back the guy said he’ll take my word for it. He didn’t take responsibility for any wrong doing, never said sorry and acted cute about it like it was funny. 3 weeks in a row there was been a problem, never going back

HORRIBLE, what is the point of placing an order online if they won’t have it ready on time?! I’m so sure I’m not the only one who places an order online to pick it up during lunch. LUNCHTIME which means our time is counted. Got there and it was lonely so I don’t understand why they didn’t have it ready and to top it off I called right after placing the order to make sure because the same happened last time!!! You guys need to get it together. Thanks for wasting my lunch time.

Before I came to this location I checked the reviews and I seen the bad reviews and still decided to give it a try and my surprise was that I got very bad food. The chicken wings we’re undercooked, and the dish where they serve chicken wings was full of cooking oil. I will not come to this location ever again but the only positive thing I can say is that I didn’t wait for my food to long.

Did not like the supervisor on duty. She was very rude to me and the customer before me. Yes there a sign saying cash only but ordering online, how could I have known that? I work in the same shopping center and I asked if they could charge me tomorrow. The cashier went to ask and supervisor just shook her head. If you want to keep business with your fellow neighbors in the shopping center, meet them half way. I definitely will not be back to this location.

If dinning inn– make sure to bring some reading material and a charger for your phone. I waited an hour and ten minutes for my food wow! Worst experience ever. Next time… wait there won’t be a next time for me lol I’d rather go to little ceasers

Good wings. I always either order online or order by phone. Dont have to be waiting in line or inside. Every order i have gotten have always been hot. I get home and wings r still warm along my fries.

After giving this store several times to redeem themselves, they just keep disappointing me even more. It’s like their employees are then to make sure you don’t come back. I have had problems with watered down sauces, wings with hardly a sauce, my order given away to somebody else, they have given me someone else’s order, had to wait for my order longer than other people who have ordered after me and this is for an online order when I have arrived to pick my order up, My last visit on 10÷4÷15, I had to ask for a refund and this will be my last visit to this store. They had my sitting on the counter as several orders after mine were being handed out. My online order was to be ready by 6:12 and I arrived and paid at 6:03. Yes I know I shouldn’t expect to get my order exactly at the time since it’s just an estimate. Well it seems that my order was sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes and when it’s handed to me the guy just gives me the bag and says sorry and walks away. I touch my fries and the first box of wings and they are cold. On top of this they screwed up an order prior to mine by giving it to somebody else. I just had to add a little more to this and every negative comment on Unilocal about bad customer service is true. If you are in person ordering or just paying the cashiers will be talking to you and if the phone rings they will literally leave you telling them your order to pick up the phone. Then they come back and ask you to repeat your order. Or if you’re their waiting to order and the phone rings they will take the order on the phone prior to yours even if there is a line of customers out the door waiting to order. Or they will keep you waiting while the cashier is talking to another employee. Or the cashier is taking your order and she decides to talk to another employee without saying excuse me and leave you ordering and then wants you to repeat your order.

This location is new around my area, so I decide to go try it with my friend. The wings were okay I got the habanero and garlic parmesan. The disappointing thing I notice about wingstop now is that their fries are not as good as they were before. For someone reason they always seem to come out soggy. This happen to me when I came to this new location. There was also not enough flavors in the fires. I would come back again because there isn’t any other decent wing places around my area. The price is doable even though it seems their wings get smaller and smaller.
