This place has the horrible customer service ever! I ordered online and the first time a young lady called very helpful. This was on a saturday afternoon and she called me to let me know that my card was declined so she verified all my cards info and my order went through perfectly fine. Today, Tuesday evening I ordered online again and a young man called me stating that my card was declined again and instead of verifying my card info to help my order go through he decided to cancel my order and to not give me any options what so ever. He was rude and had poor customer service skills. I asked to speak to the manager and he decides to tell me that it was useless because she would tell me the same thing. I will never order from this store ever again!!!

I have been ordering from this place since 2000… We enjoy the pizza… I give them 5 stars.

I only order here because it’s close to my house… but they don’t accept ANY deals from Pizza Hut website anymore :(how can you not accept specials from your own company website?

I ordered online, my order had to be at my door in 34 minutes they took over an hour to get here. To top it off when I called to complain the girl who answered had no idea where my order was at, she made me pre-​order then she was like oh never mind you’re order is on its way. So I was thinking it will be here in less than 5 minutes I’m like not even 2 mins away from the store in car. It’s ridiculous then when my pizza got here it was COLD and the delivery guy was so rude. Never will order from this Pizza Hut ever again.

Asian delivery guy told us not to order at night again (rudely) and our pizza didn’t come with toppings we asked for.

This place was close from my work so I ordered delivery. They said estimated time was 45 minutes. So I waited. They took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. I called and told them that you guys are late. I didn’t care much anymore since we were hungry. I have leftover and saved it for midnight snack.
At midnight, I pull out the leftover pizza and heat it up. When I was taking a bite, I felt something furry. There was a hair sticking out of the pizza where I took a bite. I pulled it out and I found a pubic in the pizza. And there was also underneath the pizza. It totally grossed me out. I almost throw up just by looking at the long curly thick hair. This place is trying to pass on disease to customer. Can’t believe this. I can’t enjoy anymore pizza b/​c of this.

Don’t know why I keep coming to this Pizza Hut. Workers here are rude and they lack good customer service. Ordered 2 orders of 8 piece traditional wings but only got 14, the containers weren’t even labeled correctly. The associate «manager» Veronica wouldn’t even pick up my phone calls when the store wasn’t even closed yet, again, rude.

If your looking for disappointment you found the place this has to be literally the worst pizza hut out there. There is absolutely nothing good about this place if you place an order over the phone is like if your doing their job they sound so lazy and like this is the only place they were hiring idiots is really annoying and then when you finally help them place your order you wait about 2 hours to get it deliver by then you lose your appetite and you have built anger frustration and your just annoyed to eat all gone to waste because a franchise does not know how to properly train the leadership I honestly ask my self why do I even bother of calling here but sometimes is the only one that delivers to my house and sometimes I don’t want to drive to the other pizza hut is really getting to a point where I am literally going to stop giving them my business I have talk to corporate they just take my information and promise to call me with in a few days is been months and to many complaints where no one is doing anything about it. Is real sad how this been going on for so long and they have not address the issue I finally decided to write my review because I am done with them it reached the boiling point

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Called tonight to order pizza for delivery at 9:52pm. The girl who answered the phone took my order, phone number, and address. She then said she will have to call me back to confirm my phone number and address. I received a call back at 9:57 pm and confirmed everything with her. She said the pizza will arrive in 40 minutes. I waited until 10:50pm and still no pizza. I called the store back and some man picks up. I told him I was calling to see where my pizza was. He asked for my name and phone number. Then he says we do not have an order for you. WTF??? I told him I placed an order with a girl and she even called me back to confirm it. He said sorry no order. F *@! this freaken place. Never ordering anything from them again. Worst place ever.

Piss poor service! $ 29.00 (no tax?) For two large 1 topping pizzas. Barely spoke on the phone had to go back home for more money. This place is awful. No wonder why there’s a Hiring sign in the window. Extra star because it was hot. I’m very fair on this.
FYI don’t have someone that barely speaks English as a second language answer the phones!

Today my order did not come with all the extra things I added. I requested extra sauce, extra cheese (I actually got less cheese than the normal amount), balsamic sauce drizzle and a garlic crust but received none of that. I just got a plain large two topping pizza. Also had an order of wings for the 60 cents Wednesday promotion and these wings were extremely tiny, not even worth it at 60 cents each.
I also ordered two pizzas here a month ago. The pizzas again did not come with extra cheese and sauce that I requested. The toppings were also bunched up on one half of the pizza and other side having almost nothing.
The common thing between both my orders was that you will never get extra sauce and extra cheese. Also the toppings, cheese and sauce are not evenly spread throughout the pizza, which shows how much work and effort they put into making pizzas.
Do yourself a favor and order from the Domino’s on Peck Rd.

My name is Carlos Corona. Placed an order on 12÷7÷14 around 11:20 Am. Order never came. Ordered numerous times from this location with no issues. When I called to check out order they said order placed no one answered the door. Flat out lie! No one ever showed

Apparently extra toppings means normal amount of toppings for this chain. I have been ordering Pizza Hut for the last +10 years and this is the only chain that does not provide the level of quality as the other stores.
Not only that the cashier gave me a bad remark for not providing +15% tip… Last I heard, restaurants with waiters deserve +15% tip. They should be luck for the 10% I gave them for interior pizza relative to their other locations.

Honestly, this place can not get any worse on their customer service, and that saying a lot seeing that I have just been traveling around China where customer service is as bad as it gets. This place is a FRANCHISED store that should come with certain etiquette for their workers, but if their manager, Enrique, decides he runs the show with his attitude, then the show needs to go. Let me explain my little incident with this place:
I ordered my pizza online with carry-​out but when I arrived, I noticed I had forgotten my ID. I had only an empty wallet with just with a few credit cards on hand and was then met with the Enrique who took my order. I nudged him a few times if he could please let me slide this time without an ID but he just shrugged, glared at me, and said «It’s not my problem.» (I have been in customer service in the past enough to know you can never… ever… put the blame on the customer.) Strike one.
Okay fine… so it was my fault that I forgot my ID AND didn’t bring any cash, so I kept my cool, strolled over to the nearest ATM, paid the transaction fee and got that $ 20 on lock. I walked back in with the $ 20 and paid up front. It was as this time that I had the pizza box on one hand and then Enrique, mind you the manager, decides to be a little funny and give me all my pocket change in PENNIES on my other hand. Strike two.
ENRIQUE, if you think it is a joke to put about 15 pennies on my hand while I’m holding a pizza box on the other and then laugh about it on my way out, you should at very least don’t let me hear it. It just angers the shit out of your customers. I hope you had a fun time cleaning up those pennies. Strike 3… effing thousand.

This place sucks! I ordered pepperoni on my chicken supreme pizza. I opened the box to see if they got the order right, and there was no pepperoni on it! When I confronted the pizza guy that there was no pepperoni, he went to check on the monitor. I showed him my receipt that clearly stated it included pepperoni, and he said «I know I know». Well, if you know, then why isn’t there any pepperoni on my pizza?! He offered to make a new one but ain’t no body got time fo that! I just took it and left. I also asked for pepper and parmesan cheese, but of course, he forgot that too.

Since is not possible to give them a no star rating I have to give them 1 well first of all the pizza was horrible the pepperoni smelled bad, the cheese what can I say the same thing we also order some wings they were raw and nasty basically it seem liked they heated them in the microwave uhh. I called the place to asked what could i do or who i need to talk to and they transfer me to the so called manager and I explain the reason why i was calling and he started talking to me like if i was lying about the whole thing he then tells me you know how many pizza we make in one day how could yours be the bad one. I told him is not the first time I order from this place and this time it was bad. So never again will I order from this place.

Too bad it’s not possible to give them no stars.
1^st time:
Our driver took a little over an hour and 30 minutes and when we called to confirm our order, they said they were busy and apologized and gave us free bread sticks. Thanks for the 5 free bread sticks for a party of 15? Okay that’s fine. Everyone has their bad days let’s give them a second chance.
2^nd time:
Raw chicken anyone? My brothers & I decided to order pizza and I made my brother order (who is a teenager by the way). He ordered one medium pizza and buffalo wings. The buffalo wings were half raw. The top was perfectly cooked and the bottom was RAW. They were OBVIOUSLY MICROWAVED. It was DISGUSTING. The worst part is how I noticed. I took a bite of my buffalo wing. Turned it around for another. GOOD THING I LOOKED. Raw. RAW RAW RAW.
Never ever. EVER. Ordered ANYTHING from here again & for your safety you probably shouldn’t either.
Note: This happened a year ago BEFORE I had Unilocal.I will NEVER forget and I feel like yall should know as well. Maybe they’ve changed? Maybe not. You can choose to roll the dice and gamble on your life. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

My family has always loved this pizza, and hey so do I!
We have been living here for about 10 years and this is our choice of pizza. The amount and cheese and sauce is equal, so I’m glad for that. (I hate cheesy pizza.)
Unfortunately, my dad kinda got cheap and prefers buying Little Caesars pizza now. THE HORROR! But at times when my mom craves pizza (which is rare) she always says to order Pizza Hut. Now we just place the order online and just wait 15 minutes!
The only problem I have in general with all Pizza Huts… Why the heck did you take out the Full House XL pizza! That was the best damn crust I have ever tasted! And the size was so perfect! Since then you’ve lost a valuable family costumer! haha
