This place says it opens at «10:00 am» i was standing outside for about 10 min till 10:10 and it was still not open. Not even going to give this place my money. Shitty place that doesnt know how to count time.

I love pollo loco, but I steer away from this particular one. Not only are they slow, they always mess up my order, and half of the employees are so rude! There’s two girls who work morning shifts during the week and they are so unfriendly and unapproachable, and these are the ones that take orders! Unbelievable! Every time I would go, they were so rude. I’m definitely never coming back here.

Slowest pollo loco I’ve ever been too and it’s not just once. It’s every single time. It took me longer to order then to get my food. Why bother asking me what kind of tortillas or salsa I want if you’re not going to give it to me anyway?! Staff is nice, food is great but you’d think they could have more than 3 people working at a time.

Gross!!! My husband and I attempted this for dinner on Saturday night. we ended up throwing it all away. My salad taste like it was washed with dirty salty Legg Lake water! We were so grossed out we just tossed it after a bite each. then we thought maybe the taquitos… but those taste more like OILDRENCHEDTORTILLAS w/BURNED CHICKEN! :($ 20 down the drain and I don’t think we’ll EVER come back! :( I feel real bad leaving this kind of review(I rarely even leave reviews) but this was such a bad experience… We’ve given this place a couple chances and each time just got worse and worse…

dis place is shit, its not cuz of one prob, but multiple times the food is crappy the chicken taste good, BUTOVERPRICED! first problem the price is expensive and i can get better shit for 8 $ that fill me up the staff is shit they talk all day and dont work that hard LAST one time they forgot my ranch for my salad, thanks for ruining my meal they also charge u for the sauce what the fuck, i think chanos is better than this

There was an older lady with glasses who took my order. She was nice enough when placing my order but seemed impatient at the window. When going through the deserts, I asked for the prices and she ended up ignoring me to take the next order. This resulted in her coming back later with my order and telling me to have a good day. Still there with my debit card inside, I waited at the drive thru. At first I thought she forgot, having another employee charge me when I told him I was waiting for my card. After he handed me a receipt of $ 6.01 for a five dollar pollo bowl I asked him why the amount was so high. He said it was because of the tax so I trusted him and drove off. Turns out the lady had already charged my order and the charge actually caused an overdraft on my account. Because of this and after reading the other bad reviews I had to come and leave this 1 star commentary. I don’t know who hired for this store but you sure could use a new team or at least better management. I don’t recommend this place if you want an efficient service. Half the time I go they always forget something too. If only their pollo bowls weren’t so delicious…

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLESERVICE… did i say horrible! I went to thru the drive through and got a simple burrito, two piece meal and a drink. The attendant at the window read out my order I agreed and gave me my food. I gave her my credit card after awhile she handed it back and said have a nice day and walked away. I had to raise my voice to get her attention and asked her about my coke. She went back gave it to me and walked away again. She failed to give me a straw and when I said something about it she gave me a dirty look and looked at the floor outside her window like I dropped it or something. Then to top it off I drive off and my daughter in the back seat tells me she gave me regular coke and not diet. I tasted it and sure enough its regular. I storm in and tell the manager what had happen and all he had to say was sorry. I poured my own drink from their self serve fountain. If i wanted to do it myself I never would have gone through the drive thru. Did I mention HORRIBLE service!!!

I was glad to find out this one is open late till 11 all the others ones in the area close at 10… the chicken was ok i guess maybe it was so late i got the end of the bunch. i got the two pc two sides the rice and beans were warm and the salad i got was pretty good not too bad eatable. the salsa wasnt good at all must of sat all day long. i would say id come back if i felt in the mood for the LOCO in a month or two but i would go some where more of a mexican place then fast food like this.

[3.5 stars] Chicken — hot & moist, no sign of pink Service — manager is very professional, staff are friendly Salsa bar — everything is fresh EXCEPT for the pico de gallo [looks completely destroyed], which *is* a problem because it happens to be a necessity for me…[I would otherwise have loved this joint]

This location is hit or miss. I usually order the 2 piece combo and everytime I get the same quality chicken. Some days the chicken pieces are big and sometimes they are tiny but the flavor marinate is the same. They will charge you for extra tortilla’s depending on how many pieces of chicken you order. I’m all about the drive thru so not sure how sanitary the dining are is. Good luck.

I have visited this El Pollo Loco several times and I can say hands down it is one of the worst locations I’ve visited. The employees who work there have very poor customer service skills. On one visit, I remember I sat in the drive thru lane at the order window waiting about 20 minutes for someone to respond. Looking back, I should have just driven out of there and left without bothering to patronize this joint. I went there a second time, thinking I should give them the benefit of the doubt after my first bad experience. This time, I went inside to order. Along with my order, I asked for a cup of water. The guy behind the counter just completely ignored my request and never gave me the cup. I had to ask a second time to the person who gave me my food before they provided me with the water. I don’t get it, these people who work at these joints, they don’t get paid any more by being stingy with the cups, so why do they bother to act that way? Needless to say, it will take something big to get me to return to this location. They really need to teach their employees better manners.
