By far one of the slowest McDonald’s. Waited in drive thru 30 minutes only to discover the order was done wrong when I got home. Very disappointed

This place F literally suck the manager can’t even speak English right and in the drive thru is stupidly employees are idiots come on over get to work at
McDonald’s get the menu and their managers sucks he’s very disgusting I mean if he’s going to run it right

Just Had Bad Experience the thing is its not the first time it’s happen to me in this particular McDonald’s Restaurant & Bad work ethic.
McDonalds Crew members! and have you having the manager on site! I had to wait for my meal 20min if not more for my meal,
They just keepted on skipping my order not once but 4X and my food just sitting on the counter getting cold and you would of thought out of courtesy they would of called my order to let me know that my coffee wasn’t ready and have me pick up my order. I had to ask why wasn’t my order ready/​called out! Manager then said my coffee was bearly being brewed and have you with attitude. I guess in this particular restaurant it’s cold meals if this is the case we should all just go to Subway Restaurant, Have a Great Evening Because mine wasn’t pleasant.

Bad… Extremely bad… No ketchup then the trash cans were over flowing with trash. Restrooms looks like they haven’t been cleaned for weeks… When notifying an employee all they said «I know» and carried on… I am aware McDonalds is crappy but at least have standards this establishment doesn’t even meet health code by the way they have it currently.

They have horrible service… I waited 20 mins to get my food to dine in… my kids were anxious and asking why they were taking long… they are not coordinated… it was really dirty they had no condiments out… one girl kept putting my food on the tray and taking back… it was unbelievable a fast food restaurant and with a 20 minute wait to dine in… I’ll think about it twice before coming here again… I rate no stars but I’m force to put one…

Sitting in this drive thur line is so bad… id rather be at the dentist. Lets hope my food is fresh

Came here through drive thru during lunch time order 10pc nuggets combo went to the first windows paid did not get my receipt. I go to the second window get my drink and bag, but like I always check to make sure I have my order right for my surprise it’s was cheeseburgers combo. Told the girl she’s was «oh then they got your order wrong so I was like ok can I get the Nuggets she said I was going to pay the difference I said ok. So here comes the manger she told me to park I said no I’ve been here for 15 min I ain’t going to sit another 15 min here I want it now. Oh God shouldn’t off not said that she started saying rude things! So when I was going to get my order I asked for Ranch for my luck they were out of ranch. wth nuggets without ranch don’t taste the Same!!! At the end I was like GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Just getting up early to go do mt baldy today an getting myself a mocha. Everything was good here at mc donalds just wish the line didnt take to long as far as my mocha goes, it is good nice an warm :)

There drive thru take a very long time. Some staff taking order at the drive thru is really rude. I have left multiple time because of horrible service.

Very rude service! Breakfast all day doesn’t mean u can order burgers before 10:30 at least this location. I’ve gone to one in azusa and was able to order non breakfast items.

The drive thru was more confusing than other locations. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers combo with sweet tea.
The tea was literally sugar water with no tea. The fries were hard (not crispy), and it felt like leftovers. :(There goes my favorite part of McDonald.
Drove up the 2^nd window to get my food and the girl who handed me the food wasn’t wearing a uniform but her hoodle. And her long hair was in a ponytail. Um… okay.

WTF I came here for lunch and ordered a egg mc muffin but they gave me a sasage mc muffin instead. .(super annoying)…I didn’t see it till after I was at work. so please train ur employees.

Came here around 1:45 am, after a long day of work hoping to enjoy the renown fries as a late night snack. As I hastily drive off after receiving my order and could not resist but to reach inside the bag to take one bite. «Crunch» was the sound but not the crispy pop you normally would get… Why? Why do I have to get disappointed by whom I’ve always thought was the #1 fast food chain around.
Fries were extremely stale, I painstakingly ate some more hoping that the next would be fresh. It was my First time eating mcdonalds in years and they disappointed me. Got the order of 10 piece nuggets, stale, the only item that was fresh was the sausage egg mcmuffin which they had to make fresh.
At this point in time, you would think they had their shit together. I’m extremely disappointed McDonalds.

Drive thru here takes FOREVERRRR! I seriously don’t know why they’re so slow, maybe they need more workers? I don’t know, but you guys need to figure something out. It’s so annoying!
But I am giving them two stars because the guy at the drive thru was nice and friendly.

No more than 2 orders and I can’t change an error in MY order that IM PAYING?! Screw this place!

I have to say, going to Mc Donald’s leaves me with the satisfaction of their food. Sadly, I came in today for lunch time and got 3 happy meals for a friend’s kids and one for myself. To my surprise, I looked at the expiration date and the apples were already a day expired! I WAS SO SHOCKED and called the chain I purchased from. All the manager said was «sorry». I recommend anyone who purchases their food take a second look at what you’re eating for healthy reasons. Overall I was not happy with this experience. Mc Donald’s needs to regulate their food health and safety procedure… Big time.

I was in line for 23 minutes (to be exact) waiting for two mccafe drinks. I don’t know what it is about this mcds but they need to get it together. I saw a sign on the window that guaranteed your food to be ready within 60 seconds of paying. (between 12 noon and 1pm) too bad i didnt come though that time, the last time I waited almost half an hour for a combo and they only had 3 cars ahead of me. im sorry but this location is just sad.

Today I saw a true act of altruism. A man came into the restaurant while I was sitting nearby the register area. This man explained to the manager that he does not have money and barely has enough gas to get by for the rest of the week. He explained that his wife and him just wanted a meal. The manager immediately agreed to give him a free meal. The man walked away thanking them with a bag full of food and two drinks in hand.
Great things happen here. Such kind hearts.

Your standard low-​end McDonalds. Although I have heard multiple other people complain about the employees, I have never had any issues with them. They have always gotten my orders right.
Despite what Unilocal displays as the open-​closed hours, this location is open until Midnight.
That being said, I would not recommend being here by yourself after 10 PM. It’s not safe. This is the type of place where a gangbanger type will walk up and ask you for some spare change — and then get upset when you say no.
