I went to get a salad today and while i was choosing my veggies I noticed the cucumbers were old and had something white on them that looked like freezer burn. I wish I would have took a pix! Gross! That is not ok.

The sandwhich was good, obviously to my liking. But the girl who helped us was soooooo rude. Her name was like Gabrielle or Gabriela I can’t remember. She obviously hated her job but as a customer I expect to be treated nicely. My sister even asked her if they had broccoli soup and she replied in a very annoyed way«I don’t know I have to check,» but of course she never checked. And we clearly saw other people sitting down eating who had soup. Subway needs to hire competent workers, because it’s workers like her that make us never want to go back to certain locations. Oh and the cookies we bought were hard and old. Never coming back here again.

Never fails to deliver a great sandwich. I eat Subway all over and this location seems to always amaze me with how tasty their sandwiches are. I am always greeted warmly when i walk in the door and i can always expect perfection from the employees.

So I was a little wary to eat at a Subway located at a gas station. Not sure why knowing that this franchise is fairly consistent in having the same flavor of food at every location. The only thing that changes are the staff. The employee that helped me was not too kind. He seemed to be rushed or more interested in doing something else. Everything tasted as it should. When I ordered the avocado, the guy ripped open a fresh avocado that was brown and didn’t look tasty. I told him nevermind and he seemed to get bothered for having to go through the work of opening it. For a quick meal, it worked. I accept mediocrity at Subway.

This is probably one of the worst Subway locations I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so rude. Like they hate their job or something. Every single time I go, my sandwich is just thrown together and falls apart as soon as I pick it up. I rather go across town where the staff is alot friendlier and my sandwich doesn’t fall apart before I get a chance to eat it.

Back one more time… I hate leaving bad reviews, but me being in the customer service industry, I know what my customers expect as far as customer service goes… now the service here, just plain sucks! I had a hankering for a ham and turkey add pepperoni subway sandwich last night… I showed up at about 9pm. When I walked in, I asked the guy mopping the floor, «what time do you close» to which he responded«10″ that’s it… nothing more… I was thinking to myself, if they are closing up right now, I don’t want to keep them over, I’ll just come back tomorrow. Since they closed at 10 I decided to order my sandwich. I was patiently waiting in line, when the guys drops the mop, walks to the back, semi washes his hands, throws on some gloves and says…“what can I get for you?!» I told him i wanted a turkey breast and ham sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese… The whole time he was making my sandwich he had a rude expression on his face, like he hated his job or something. Every time I would ask for certain condiments to be added to my sandwich he would say…“is that it? Anything else? All while glaring at me as if I was asking for something out of the ordinary. Now I have been to this spot before, and the day shift is very nice… the night shift not so much… he must have been upset, because instead of being out partying with his friends or trick or treating, he was stuck at work making sandwiches… And these people want to make $ 15 and hour!!! NOBUENO! If I return to this place… its going to be during the day… or in the morning… no more night cravings, you ruined it for me subway… you really did…

This subway has poor customer service and the staff is rude! Will never eat at this subway. Called subways one eight hundred number with a complain and the owner never return may call! NEVEREATHERE!!!

The guy that helped me out had a lot of attitude. I think he was upset with the previous customer ahead of me but he took his anger out at my party and my sandwich. He talked to me with attitude and he threw the meat onto the sandwich as if he didn’t care. When he asked my sister if she wanted to get her bread toasted, she said yes. He only put the chicken breast in the toaster without the bread. My sister was confused so she asked him if he can toast the bread too and he gave her attitude telling her to wait. Come on… if some other customer gave you problems, don’t take it out on other people.

When my boyfriend and I are having a craving for subway, this is one of the spots we hit because it’s never super packed. However, parking in this lot sucks because it’s such a small lot.
