Awesome customer service and great products! The handsome store manager, Steve, was polite & funny, never fails to answer any questions I ask. I always get the warranty on my products and rarely encounter a problem on getting exchanges. I might be coming back soon for speakers!

I never bought anything besides batteries from RadioShack, but I came in because I needed a cable for my car charger. The employee greeted me promptly and asked what I needed. The rep helped find the right cable and offered insurance. I went ahead and bought the insurance. So my visit today was to use my insurance. It was completely painless! I had an amazing experience! This is the first time I enjoyed making an insurance claim. The rep asked for my phone number and provided me with the options for my new cable. Great service, great store!

Worse RadioShack ever! Their customer service sucks! I purchased an Otter Box with a screen protector and kindly asked the employee to help me put it on. She agreed to help me but she messed up on my screen protector and have to use another one. The new screen protector was just a big one and she just cut it into a square for my iPhone 6. How ridiculous is that??? I told her I was not satisfy with it. Then she offer to order me a new iPhone 6 screen protector(with manager approval, of course). I agreed. She advised me that it will take only two days. Unfortunately it did not arrive on time. Then I called in a week later to check on it but there was no transaction on their system for my screen protector. This RadioShack lied to me. How can you treat your customer like this? I suggest people to avoid this RadioShack. I rather go to another electronic store than this RadioShack. If there’s zero star. I would give them a zero!

Do not go to this store. There’s another branch in El Monte along Peck road with more professional, courteous and transparent crew. The store manager,(Merlas I think was her name) was more interested in her sales figures and up-selling than providing quality customer service. I called before hand and inquired if they could hold 2 units of Kindle for me. The store manager promised that the items would be ready for me. When I came to the store, I told the girl at the counter(who greeted me upon entering the store) that I talked to the manager about the the Kindle. She called the manager from the back, who came out with a Kindle. Without any greeting, she immediately offered me their screen protectors for $ 9-something which was on clearance. I told her that I will wait for the $ 10 Bounce back coupon before buying any accessory. She informed me that I won’t be able to use the coupon on those because they are less than $ 10. I asked her if I could use the coupon if I added another item to the screen protector to make the total over $ 10. She said yes. Clearly a desperate move to up-sell. I asked the manager if she could do 2 separate transactions. She gave me a rude look(like I’m being interrogated for something unlawful) and questioned why I was asking for such request. I told her that it’s for my credit card points. She replied, she too is concerned about her store’s sales rating. Like she’s hesitant to do my request since it will hurt her sales figures. Then I found out that she only has one Kindle Paperwhite in stock. And that what she meant on the phone was she would be able to sell me one and help me find another but at a different location. She just wants both sales of the Kindles done at her store, even though one of the two will be picked up at a different store. Talk about greed. Tsk tsk tsk.
