Service was awful. They were not very busy at all. The last 3 times I’ve been there they messed up my order and when I ask for them to correct it they have brought it back still not right. There is some issue in the kitchen. And the wait time is ridiculous. It took almost a half hour to get our food and it came in pieces. From the time they brought our party the first plates of food till we all got our whole order took at least another 20min. This place is very disappointing. At least we have Randall’s in town here to keep us breakfast patrons more than happy! I can’t see how this place can stay in business with how terrible their service is. I will never return here. However The only saving grace they might have is once you actually get your food and get it right(which is very rare) it’s quite good.

Really good breakfast. Affordable prices and large portions. Fast friendly service. Not a very large dining room. If you go on a weekend morning anticipate a bit of a wait for a table. We’ll be back.

Great service. The portions are large and fresh. My first time in here and it was great.

This place was really good. I had the biscuits and gravy. 2 biscuits a generous serving of traditional sausage gravy and I had poached eggs on the side. The gravy was the right temperature, excellent consistency and not too peppery. Our server was attentive, but not pesky. Hot chocolate was good, but it was thick. However, it was super chocolatey. YUM! Received a 10% discount for no other reason than I am a super fantastic person!

I’ve been here twice for breakfast in the past month. Fast all the way around! Seated quickly and with a friendly smile. Coffee and water came fast, as did the food. Potions were big! I didn’t want too many carbs so when I asked for no hash browns or pancakes, they kindly offered to substitute some fruit in its place. It’s the little things that all add up.

Horrible Place! Waiters neglected us; We had to ask for Silverware and our bill. No changing station in either restroom; I changed my son’s diaper on one of the dining tables. Management was nowhere to be found. Do not go to this place.

This place is really hit or miss. Mostly miss. The service is slow, the wait staff is forgetful, and the food is flavorless. The only saving grace of this place is the cream of chicken rice soup and the discounts off the bill.

Awesome breakfast place! Best scrambled fluffy eggs, excellent biscuits and gravy, perfectly cooked bacon, tasty hash browns! First breakfast I couldn’t finish and wanted to! It was sooo good! Huge portions! Great service too. We will be back!

So, first experience here. Not entirely impressed. We walked in and the place is small and the décor is very plain. The manager(I assume he’s the manager) walks us to our table. Friendly guy but a little annoying. He stood at our table for about 3 minutes asking us how we heard about them and where we normally go to eat and all that. Just let us sit down and look at the menu. The menu, ok selection but almost the same thing throughout. My wife ended up getting the Belgium Waffle. Eh, it’s a plain waffle, how bad can it be. She bent her fork trying to cut it but she said it tasted good. I ended up with the German Benedict. Poached eggs, bacon, potato pancakes with hollendaise sauce. It was ok, but the bacon was not crispy(but I know not everyone likes it that way) and the potato pancakes were mushy and wet. Hollendaise sauce did not taste homemade at all. But, at least they can make a Poached egg properly and it came with 3. Server was not completely attentive. Coffee wasn’t refilled until I asked. Bathroom was not really clean and was out of paper towels. I’m not sure about this place.

Shocking at how big the portions are. So delicious! They service is great and they expanded! The business is doing pretty great I’m guessing. Aside from that they’re generous enough to give you 10% off your entire bill, every time! Love this place! Great to take the family out for lunch and breakfast!

We went to Randall’s and the place was packed with waiting inside and out. So we decided to look for another place. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and it was not crowded. One omelette and pancakes were cold, forgot side of bacon. Next time I’ll wait in line at Randall’s.

Ok, let’s get the bad stuff out of the way. The restaurant itself is small and dark. I almost backed out the door based upon the intial impression. I mean where you would expect to see a wall on the left there was brown paper. My guess, maybe they are expanding. The menu itself is HUGE. So many options from pancakes to waffles to crepes to french toast to omelets to skillets… and that’s just the breakfast items. I got an omelet. At Briana’s you have the option of hashbrowns or fruit and pancakes, crepes, french toast, or toast. I went with the hashbrowns and pancakes. The omelet was good… lots of veggies. The hashbrowns were cold, but crispy. The pancakes were ok. Tasted like the kind you can make at home with a box mix, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Portions were large and filling. Overall, this place is a decent breakfast place.

The food was passable and the waitress was very sweet and kind, but the location was kind of crummy and the atmosphere was kind of dank(it felt like you were in a gas station). Not bad food though!

Not bad. Just running errands and I stopped in. Huge menu but since I have only been here once I can’t speak for all the food. Had eggs Benedict based on servers recommendations. Overall it was a 3. Eggs were perfect! So runny and just right. Sauce was good. Their menu says all the sauces and soups and stuff are homemade. It left a little to be desired, I would have preferred more tang. The English muffin was average. Service was great. I was sat right away and coffee was at my table right after I was sat. Server was attentive and kept the coffee topped. Food was a little slow, but it was busy. Only a few open tables. Oh and coffee. I am a black coffee drinker so I like good coffee. Theirs was not bad. Not the best. But not bad.

Came here on a whim while in the neighborhood for the Kane County antique fair/flea market. The whole experience was funky. Located in a strip mall and open until 3(which is nice for an early brunch). The menu was beyond expansive and there was a note that said — if it’s not on the menu we’ll make it for you. Clever! The service was fairly slow but accurate. The food was priced fairly. Everything just felt odd. I ordered a wrap and it came with… a bowl of soup. So when the wrap came… it was… a wrap. I might be spoiled with sides of fries/fruit or veggies. Everyone else ordered omelets and the opinions were mixed from good to meh.

I’m really shocked at the few reviews I just read. Me and my husband absolutely love breakfast here along with everyone who has every accompanied us. Portions are amazing skillets are super tasty and best of all, they have gluten free pancakes for me or anyone with intolerance or allergy. They are incredibly tasty. Who cares if the tables are empty, the problem is no one knows about it tucked away in the strip mall. A little good marketing and they will be fine. Above average compared to other local breakfast spots. But let me guess — most of these reviewers are colonial fans hahha enough said Give this place a shot, support small business and you won’t be disappointed
