We have been using this service for many years and found the lawn mowing service to be very good and the customer service to be good as well. Recently, however, not so much. After repeated queries to Frank, the owner, over the past three weeks about when our lawn will be cut for the first time this season (note that I’m writing this in May), We received an email this morning indicating that he is terminating our service citing personal reasons. Meanwhile our lawn looks horribly overgrown and we need to scramble to find a new service.
