Culinary Occasions

Went here w/​a group from work. Bob and Faye facilitated a super fun night of cooking and wine. As a group, we made apple sausage stuffed turkey, green beans w/​pancetta and wild mushrooms, and cranberry apple crisp.
Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe how good the food was and the fun teamwork!
Great idea for work outings, girl’s night out, etc.

So here it is less than two weeks before our daughter’s wedding when we realize that the «well-​known» Italian restaurant we were going to use for catering was not only incompetent but, worse yet, was not willing give us a price in writing. They got fired.
One problem was that we were out of town at the time. We called the vendor who was providing the tableware & they recommended Bob Sferra & Faye at Culinary Occasions. What a difference! Bob & Faye emailed a menu, with prices, within the hour, and responded to every single email & phone call after that almost immediately.
The day before the wedding, they took it upon themselves to show-​up at the venue just to check things out. Talk about helping us feel comfortable!
At the wedding, they were organized, well-​mannered, the food was excellent & everything went seamlessly. Bottom line, we can’t say enough good things about Culinary Occasions. They’re terrific!
